      My lecturer belongs in a room doing complex data analytics and not in a class room lmao he obviously knows his stuff but just because someone knows their stuff doesn't mean they make a good teacher.

    Thank you SO MUCH, I'm in the middle of a data analytics coarse and they were using language and examples that just were NOT clicking. The way you explained the unique identifier and how it connects to another table just made everything click, you have no idea how happy I am to finally understand.

      @@Numizard Given the context of the lecture along with the fact that the student who asked the question clearly knew he meant "keys" instead of "cables", it's obvious that he only pointed this out because he felt like speaking out. Not because he was truly confused. You may not know this, but this isn't uncommon amongst high school students in the US. So, we did indeed watch the same video -- The only difference between you and I is that I was raised to hold the upmost respect for my elders and for educators, you were not.

    I legit have been working with DBs for a while. I knew all this stuff in my head but never put the names to it, and it's so obvious now... but until this video I couldn't tell you the definition of primary and foreign keys. Just goes to show how a clear explanation can make all the difference.
