The "seniors" are always welcomed by me. My generation of course, but also always one of my dreams was to participate. Thankfully you will never hear my auditions, but I hope you enjoy these as much as I do.

In the semifinals they conquered the judges and the public with their interpretation of "You make me feel brand new", a song by Simply Red.
But how did your first duet come about?
"By chance. We were looking for a singer inspired by voices like Barbra Streisand, Celine Dion, Whitney Houston. Beatrice suggested it to us from the impresario: she liked it on first listen. And so we sang together “We've Got Tonight” ».
“We actually signed up as soloists. At the auditions they noticed that we were always together, husband and wife, and an artistic couple. So they asked us to try something new for The Voice: a duo. Because The Voice has never had a couple, not even in the versions of the other countries. It was almost combined at the last audition. It went well".

Unfortunately, The Voice of Holanda is sorely missed! The Voice Russia did not produce any events this year and you need a proxy server to access their channel now.

I definetely love this the voice Senior. It is time to give a chance for the senior to prove that they have still have the amazing. voice that the young should cherish. I love the song of the good old days plus the unique voice and the good modulation.
These collections of the Voice Senior often cast me back in remembrance, as many of these singers do classics that were contemporary for me. Like "Always on my Mind" which took me from Brenda Lee to Willie Nelson to Elvis....or Californication...or Lou Cocker. I guess it is a case of thanks for the memories!

I'm 76 and the this is MY generation. It's Simon's loss that he has not initiated the Senior classes here in the US. Around the world, we are still here to say that as Seniors, we still have much to give in entertainment, but there are few venues that we are given. To John Leo, listening to your performance was like watching American Bandstand with Dick Clark. You may be in Holland, but you make me proud that our era of music is still available, albeit via RUclips.To the people involved in giving us these moments, well done and hopes for further episodes. Maybe full videos of the shows from each show and country.

Sadly, only your use of the internet is giving us a peek of what was a time of joy. Each of these performers and the many more not shown, touch those of us still able to enjoy that past. If I could reach out and tell these wonderful performers how much they are loved, I would do so in a moment. Again, you have provided a tribute to a time when the world was feeling the joy of life. Please continue the videos. I am sure there are still more that might not be so elegantly performed, and in other languages, but they too need to be exposed to those of us that await our fate.
