If i can remember one of the members of that girl group was the idol that joined Baby V.O.X Lee Gai which was also cancelled by the fans because of her age. The girl group's name that had a collaboration with the Sobangcha was Setorae.
I've been bullied at school for years and I recently noticed that most of the people that bullied me were girls, when a female is being hated on or bullied the people that are doing that are other females, and when the person is a male most of the haters/bullys are males, the amount of jealousy.
People just hate beautiful women. Women are already under scrutiny by the media, but beautiful women aren't allowed to go against the grain at all. The same thing is happening to Jia rn

I never knew Jiyeon was a kpop singer back in the day 😱 Heirloom BBQ is so good. My parents and I took a road trip around the south from Florida to Texas as the final stop on our road trip and we had so many great BBQ spots along the way. Heirloom BBQ in Georgia, Central BBQ in Memphis, La Barbecue in Austin, and Goldee's in Ft. Worth were my favorites. Who knew there was such a legend serving up great bbq at one of my favorite places?
*Heirloom is fckn killer.* Also been to Aaron Franklin's (very good) and Four Way (meh). Not yet been to Goldees or "La Barbecue" but the reviewers I respect suggest you not waste your time.
People don't understand why idols are so protected with dating bans and being prohibited from talking to the opposite gender. But looking at the past and recent events I can understand, it's sad but imagine the fanwars if idols dated publicly.

i believe yes, Korean average height for both genders only increased recently it was rare to find guys 180cm or taller on the streets (excluding the models) they were commonly 167- 175 cm

Violet Fragrance (보라빛향기) by Kang Susie was the first Kpop song that I listened to. Late 90s brought along S.E.S. and F.I.N.K.L. with the changed landscape for the ladies. Unfortunately, the hate and envy that we see today existed far previously. I guess we will never learn but i hope someday ... Thanks again for a thought inspiring video highlighting some of the music from pre-Generation 1 as they call it.

Women were only valued by their sex appeal (beauty and body), thus people who think they belong to the "ugly" will drag down the "beauty" to help them create a "fairer competition". Sometimes people use this phenomenon to argue that women are indeed shallow, emotional, and reactional--not realizing that these women are all trapped in the system.
