i'm pretty sure the reason people are getting the pre alpha ending badge still, is because after the game got moved, the devs said people who previously got the ending would recieve it again when they played the game or something like that.

More info about the Pre Alpha Ending obtaniners:
The way people get the Pre Alpha Ending was simply joining into the lobby. The game actually changed and they made it so that your old badge from the old game transfered to the new game (y'know due to old owner being banned).
