Congrats on the orders. My market is absolute trash the highest I ever saw was a 100$ and that was gone in 1 second after it popped up. Everything else is 10-20$ triple stacked orders.
Our orders for hackathons look like this. We tip crazy good in the app. Plus the company volunteers tip cash. Once the driver gets there they don't lift a finger. We do all the lifting with wheeling it in with a few carts and chairs. 💕
We used to do the shopping ourselves, but as the hackathon got bigger we had less prep time. Now we have the shopping online down between Costco, cash n carry, Walmart and Fred Meyers. The variety of stores means we get a variety of snacks and sodas.

That $285 is an unreal batch. We don’t have orders like that often in San Diego. It’s very rare to see anything over $200 or even $150. Very solid work bro👊🏼

That batch pay is so disrespectful 😑 I always tip 18-20 percent of the order because I know from doing instacart the batch pay is horrendous
Absolutely. It's totally wrong on their end. This customer always tips about 20% of the bill thankfully.

Door Dash is a joke. They've given me grief about getting past the application part, all because the app takes garbage pics for facial recognition.

It took DoorDash almost a Year to accept me with an opening. Takes time and go to customer support rather making claim of them being the problem.

I bought a pallet of drinks once, same thing about 1700 lbs. The trucks suspension was maxed out, luckily only went a couple miles. Took forever to unload

Insane I always wondered how people took these orders not even sure if it would all fit in a pickup truck. Luckily you have your wife so 2 cars help. Question tho is how do you lug around 3 flats at the store? After one is filled do you set it aside? Or does wifey help out too? Congrats and keep up the good work and content

No app is slow honesty you’re very slow in finding the secret . Most dashers always complain doordash is terrible but you really don’t know that they got the software programmed for high heavy orders…..

People who unbox pallets who is paid minimum wage will pickup 400-600 cartons in an 8 hour shift. That is 8-12 pallets. 6,000 pounds. TWICE! From the pallet to the table and from the table to conveyances.

Thinking of team up w Fed Ex van drivers of doing this since they are slow and return trip is mostly empty van/waste of gas. So it be like 60 usd box delivery plus 100 usd of grocery bags
It’s fine to have a co-shopper on instacart as long as they are on the platform as well. People just get jealous and say stuff.
Personally that big order would be worth it even without help. Have you had a situation where you got an order like that but it was too much for your vehicle? I’m curious how to execute an order like that if you’re or someone doesn’t have a second vehicle or help.

crazy order lol my highest orders have been about 100. without help, would take 2 trips to costco, would that still be worth it?
Seen other shoppers do this same order without help. They've had to do 2 trips (takes 20 min to get to that customer) So would take at least 3 hours to complete. I would say it's still worth it. Also seen people call a friend with a pickup truck. I once helped a buddy of mine that took it at $340. He gave me $100.

You should buy a cart. A wagon I mean. I use it to do Amazon packages/groceries and it helps so much.
I always have my wagon in the car, but it didn't apply for this case. Drop off was super easy.

The instacart payment was $10?!?! Pardon me. I've seen an order with just 4 cases of water have $17 of instacart pay.
LOL, IC is such a joke of company now, they used to be worth it with decent high paying base pays 3 years ago...
This video creator most likely new to IC, so he gets all the highest paying drops before any veterans. Once his honeymoon period is done, he will very likely to not see most of the high paying orders.
But he definitely got very luck with this customer who order monthly and tip super generously...I wish that our customers here can even tip half of what this customer tip.

Sometimes it doesn't calculate it correctly. A quick chat w/support to review for accurate heavy pay should fix that easily.
