Great reaction one of my faves. Although he didn't like the nicknames given to his pieces, it is believed that Chopin wrote this to get out his despair as his homeland of Poland was being attacked by Russia at the time and he wanted desperately to help his friends fight but he could not I believe he was in Paris at the time (Sadly once he left Poland he would never return again).
I feel like Chopin went through so much mentally and emotionally..I’ll be reacting to his biography soon. I’m really interested in his story.
@@GIDIREACTS it is a sad yet deeply interesting life he led he's my favourite Composer with Rachmaninoff In second!!
As someone who loves the tone of a piano but has never played it I love these visual videos. Really helps understand what's going on.
The choice of the performer is as important as the composer :)
Here is a little list to help you :
Arthur Rubinstein, Krystian Zimmerman, Samson Francois, Horowitz, Arturo Michelangeli, Martha Argerich, Emil Gilels, Daniel Barenboim, Sviatoslav Richter, Kissin, Volodos, Katsaris
I think you forgot the best for chopin etudes: Maurizio Pollini!
yes, yes, YES! and shoutout to Xemptuous hero save who added Pollini :)
Etudes (French for 'study') are pieces that are designed to hone a particular skill. This one is cleary supposed to help with left hand technique hence the long runs. One would be able to build up their stamina with this piece.
I would like to start a revolution after listening this piece in 1800's
It was written in reaction to the Polish so called November Uprising against Russian oppression.
Another more aggressive Chopin piece I recommend is Etude Op. 10 No. 4
My favorite Chopin etude!
It's his reaction to the lost 1830 Polish revolution. Since he is from Poland he was a patriotand lost a lot of friends and family.
If you love classical piano music, might I suggest Eric Satie - 'Gnossiennes 1' - absolutely *hauntingly* beautiful. His 'Gymnopédie no. 1' is also a stunner.
Got you!
My favourite 😀❤️💓🏆👍🤩😘
Chopin's Prelude in D minor Op. 28 no. 24 is his another aggressive piece. ruclips.net/video/EN74nswpgnI/видео.html
It's my favorite performance so it'll be good if you react to this performance
I’ll check it out!
I really enjoy your vids!, could you react to Lang Lang playing Liszt - Réminiscences de Don Juan at Carnegie Hall. It’s probably the hardest piece ever written and it’s played almost perfectly!
I’ll place it on the list 😌
My fav of Chopin is the op48 no1 nocturne, its a must listen - take the Seong Jin cho version from the chopin conpetition ;)

Got you! I think the links were blocked but you can send them again if you want, I think I’ll still find it tho thanks ☺️
2:14 "The one hand?!"
You can listen to Godowsky transcription of this etude for the left hand alone
His name is pronounced "Sho Pan" not Shoponn.
Lol that intro tho.
Hey Gidi ,Nice Reaction! , you can react Le Valse from Traum , is a great Piece to react, I Love your content!
I’ll write that down and thanks ☺️
One hand is easier than both hand tbh 😅 cuz both hands you have different key systems, more work for the brain lol
Hahah it reminds me of how I used to type with one hand as a kid because it was easier and faster for me
please react to liszt "Totentanz"
It’s on our list, it should come soon 😌
Chopin is pronounced "Show Pan" Not "Show Pon".
Got it, thanks for the correction 😌
@@GIDIREACTS actually he was right since « Show Pon » would be close to the French prononciation, which was the one Chopin used to hear most of his life
@@pianoman1857 lol at this point imma just say frederic
