Jason's Elton John transformation is almost complete.
lol wtf is this outfit. Pink salmon hoodie? OK but with matching skin tight sweatpants ?!? lmao such a weird bad looking rich person fit
Jason is such a vibe here lol. Everyone should have an Ellis as a friend once in their life
Yes, he is such a vibration
His MMA stories are hilarious
@@MichaelSilverMedia yes !
Most people are very lucky to have 1 friend like Jason. I am lucky to have a friend that’s family and 3 homies that I can always count in. Other than them every single one has passed away and God has removed them from my life. And it’s hard to meet new people you can trust and invest your time with . That’s very difficult to find
@@codyclark2780io noo
Ellis is cosplaying Amy from Futurama. Swooning.
Real talk from Tony in this ep... always inspiring AF...
still a hesh skater lol
Tony, I have no idea if you’ll ever read this but I’ll say it anyway. You were a big part of my life. Growing up in the Middle East, skateboarding wasn’t really a thing but I always enjoyed watching you skate. I’d also come back from school all excited to play your video games. I found so much solace in them. I was bullied a lot for being an obese kid trying to skate. I’ve been physically abused by my father. But I always looked forward to going back home and trying to skate of playing Tony Hawk’s underground - pro skater - project 8 - American Wasteland.. etc. Thanks for being there for me.
Doesn't matter your size, and you don't have to be good, just have fun, hope life gets easier for you 🤙
@@tommoon2700 Yeah man I never stopped. My original comment referred to my life as an adolescent boy. I’m 25 now and I lost over 60lbs when I was 19. All healthy now and still skating strong!
Hey man I grew up in the middle east too! And always loved skateboarding but my country was so Conservative I could only every skate in my garage otherwise I would get harassed constantly. That was back in the early 2000s
Was talking about Tony with my cousin this weekend. We were talking about how Tony was super famous before the video games came out, and how we all knew who he was without the internet, without mainstream press constantly covering skating etc. When I was in the 4th grade (9 years old) I did a class project on Tony. I remember drawing a halfpipe on bristle board and gluing a tiny Tony Hawk cutout from a skate mag onto it. I had to speak about Tony for 3 minutes to the class. I remember it so well, and that was years before the video games came out. This guy has been an inspiration for most of my life, and I'm so grateful that he's a cool-ass dude so that I don't have to lose another one of my childhood heroes. Eternally grateful for the podcast boys.
Is that the presentation verbatim?
That's so 80's ... gag me with a spoon.
😁
Best part of every Monday
Jason you look absolutely ridiculous 😂
In a lot of ways Tony is a "freak" in the sense that there has never been anyone like him before and there won't be anyone like him again. He is an outlier--an uncommon man among uncommon men. He has exposed skateboarding to the masses, triumphed over oppressors when most of us would have folded and/or did, made skateboarding cool, accessible and accepting, and to some degree a noble pursuit. Whatever ingredients that made him won't be seen again for a long, long time if ever. Just read the rest of the comments.
Jason Ellis is also on another level with his personality, his commitment to skating, his viewpoints, his perseverance, humor, and quandaries (shark attacks, transitioning grandparents, or the like) :) . I look at the skate parks that were never there when I was a kid and think, this is because of the people like Hawk and Wolf, and their love for skateboarding that I am able to do things I never would have imagined I would do all because now, there's a ramp instead of a security guard chasing me. Now there's support when before I was told skateboarding is for burn outs. Now there's a curb, there's a ledge, there's coping, there's a freakin simple flat area where the neighbors won't complain, and it's all because of the folks before and mostly because of Tony Hawk and Jason Ellis.
Another great podcast. Thank you.
Jason killed me with that Sylvester Stallone joke! Tony's reaction was awesome!
LOVE Hawk vs. Wolf Great podcast and great episode!
Loving the new developments. Looking forward to seeing where you guys take this. Respect to the entire HvW team.
I just stumbled upon this. I had no idea I was missing out on the best Duo podcast in existence. So glad I got so many episodes to go through. These two have both been in my top 3 since Tony Hawk's Gigantic Skatepark Tour.
Welcome to the fam!
Jason Ellis should write a poem about the drive and determination that took him to the heights above Prahran ramp, and the way he took the biggest slams but was able to keep the dream alive.
“I’m quandaring” is my new favorite phrase in my lexicon! 🤣
i work super long shifts at a museum so i listen to like a dozen podcasts and you guys are my fuckin favorite. I got into skating way after your guy's generation so im learning about older skate culture and vert skating by listining to you guys and researching everyone you mention and have on the show.
You guys absolutely rock also would it be possible for you to do an episode with Chris Miller ? you guys have reference him quite a few times throughout the show and I would love to hear what the relation between all three of you is.
This is becoming my favorite podcast. 2 legends!!!
New spot looking sharp! Tony PLEASE get klein on here. He would be a killer guest
Jeremy Klein and willy Santos! Og birdhouse dudes
@@theramplocal imagine KIRCHART 😱 thatd be wild lol
I love this show. They talk about the most random shit. Love listening to you guys.
Do a show where you guys take everyone’s questions.
Heya Tony and Ellis thanks for being a great inspiration in my life. Your both legends
Jason!!! Come to the new skate park 🛹 n Huntsville AL. You can come visit our farm near by ☺️
“This is going to bad, But legendary” 😂😂👊👊
Who cares what Pauly Shore says? I understand his place in comedy and how he got it. Walk your own path, because you're the only one who can. Never listen to anyone who is purposely holding you back for any reason. No matter what they tell you they don't have your best interests in mind. How could they? They aren't you. Grab that shit by the balls and run with it.
Pauly Shore is the last dude who should try to lecture Ellis on this. Only reason he was allowed to be there was that his mom owned the Comedy club
definitely dont trust bitter comments from a washed up comedic actor
yall are sooooo funny i swear. this will blow up keep grinding!
I can't be the only one who thinks Jason looks naked.
i like jasons old lady retired in florida outfit 🔥🔥🔥
Where can I order an official Hawk vs Wolf “Robot Sandwiches” t-shirt? I can envision a cool logo with a happy robot eating a sandwich. That original bit was what I recorded and sent to my friend to get him hooked on the podcast. Love it!
Long live Tom Boyle!!! 🙌 So great to see the respect you guys gave him in the beginning of this. Tom was from my region and I grew up skating some of the same spots Tom skated like Cheap Skates in Philly, Casino SKate Park in Asbury, etc and got to watch Boyle skate many times. He was a super friendly guy.
I shattered my scapula in 18 pieces and broke my rotator cuff in half going on 5 years ago now took a year before I could even try one pushup keep on pushing my brother it’s slow recovery but you will get there
Ken Park! Ken Park! Ken Park! Ken Park! Ken Park!
Hello hello from Des Moines Iowa
Hop on YEAH BABE! with Chris and Sal! That'd be epic!
Never doubt the journey! Hawk vs Wolf has come so far and had really crazy successes like with the Rodney episode (craving a pt 2 by the way!) Keep truckin, there's more of us rooting for you than you think!
Hell yeah thanks Guys 🇿🇦🛹🤘🏻❤️
Jason tells his shark story: Tony like "I don't believe you"
Tony tells his shark story: Jason like "we both survived shark attacks 👊"
🤣 🤣 🤣
The mental image of Tony in a Smart Car is comedy gold 😂

Tony Hawk, Tony Alva and Tony Little together... Tony! Toni! Tone!
Swimming with sharks sounds amazing
Ellis telling the shark story by the end Tony’s reaction cut the shit calls bs on the story 😂
Someone within the airline or at check in will be telling TMZ.Within the airlines it would likely be either someone in reservations or someone dealing with frequent flyer or VIP accounts or someone who has access to this info.
Anyone at the airline who has access to passenger manifest or has access to secure flight information could sell the tmz dude the information. Hopefully Tony goes after TMZ.
Pfft, the video quality is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Extra context for tony on nick and nate diaz. I know tony is familiar with Brian Deegan and the metal mulisha. Nick diaz was somehow a part of the mulisha family, im not totally sure how but he wore their brand as the main sponsor on his shorts and they called him and everyone who trained with the diaz brothers the "scrap pack".
This episode just made me realize that not only is tony a skate legend but a pop culture icon
I believe its a time for change, my job closed down and in absolutely loved the job...but strange enough, I believe it was holding me back
Man I really wish this would make it to Jason, but it probably won't. Jason: You never hear of anyone getting rabies/Is there a cure for rabies. Ya, there is no cure for rabies. You don't hear of anyone having rabies because its protocol at this point that anyone that is bit by a wild animal gets rabies treatment( in the US). Its protocol because once you are diagnosed with rabies, which can be up to several years after being infected, it is too late, you are going to die, and it is a terrible way to die.
Someone on reddit made a lengthy post a long time ago of the progression of symptoms. Hard to do it justice, but it starts as a headache, but quickly turns into suffering as your brain turns to goo. In the end the person dies scared, nauseated, having seizures, and more. Truely nightmarish.
RIP Tom Boyle 🙏
I had heard that for his Rubbish Heap part he wasn't allowed to skate Tony's ramp because of the whole World Powell thing. Rumour was he had broken in super early in the morning to film without permission.
Anyone confirm or debunk please???
Just putting it out there…. You two really should do some kind of collab with YungGravy! Tony is teaching Kid Cudi… this is just the next step!
I love the relationship that Jason and Tony have. Jason with his 3rd grade vocabulary and Tony used a 4 grade word. even with the way Tony uses it in the sentence Jason still doesn’t know what the word means and instead of just rolling on with the conversation Tony explains it to Jason what the word means for a minute like he is teaching a person who doesn’t speak English as a primary language. Great show Hawk explains vocabulary words to Wolf. I am not really poking Fun at Jason more of a observation how the chemistry between the guys is. I am a loyal listener of the show and I don’t think I would change anything about it. But i also think if Tony did a podcast with any other person even someone I never heard of it would be something I would watch. Jason has his loyal fans and I am sure they watch his other show. I am just saying I need Tony in the room to balance the Jason out a little bit. He is a little to much by himself for me. I do love the show like I said. I will keep listing as long as they keep rolling out
Vampire skaters could be a movie so bad it's good
Have you continued your inevitable path to werewolf Jason? Those arms gettin' shaggy bro?
hey tony try this drop the 8 or 8 half popsicle stick boards and go back to the 9 width hawk decks from 90s to 92s and see if your skating tricks become easier .fuck popsicle boards old school decks gotta make a return
Ya know, I didn't realize how long I've been listening to Jason, but him mentioning the Sirius radio show reminded me of a loooooong time ago, me and my dad were smoking joints after work/school and listening to Ellis' show on our stolen/cracked satellite TV's radio channel. We listened almost every day for a good while. I still fondly remember the "cow fucker" bit. Me and dad used to call each other cow fucker in Jason's accent. I forgot all about that until he brought up the Sirius show. That had to be 2005-ish? Earlier?
Best Fucking episode Yet! 🤘🔥🤘🔥🤘❤
33:00 what's up with british/aussie people saying "SILVER" when they say Silva? He just said it both ways there. Big fan of Jason Ellers and Tony Hawrk. Great podcasters.
@5:45 I just hope it's not the Myocarditis robot chip like I'm seeing everywhere.
Nothing is the end...just a new beginning
Tony hawk is a halloween costume haha
You both are great on this show

Haha the pitch on Fresno Emmigo's cereal haha funny as fuck movie watch off chops even funnier, great show lads...😆
This episode is to much Jason and not enough tony. Jason is in extra Jason mode today. Two legends one legend in only in his mind and one legend.
Hell yeah 🤘🏼✌🏼🤙🏻🀄Shredding boys
There really must be way too many podcasts out there because there's no other reason this show should have less than 100k views per video
I’m 41, skated since I was 15, I’ve never heard of either of these people. Hopefully everyone else finds out who they are too
A state of perplexity or uncertainty over what to do in a difficult situation.
"Kate is in a quandary"
Hawk vs Shark 👍✌️❤️
Ellis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can we please have 'Fuck You Tony Hawk!' shirts :D
U guys are the best
ill tell an actual true shark story in Australia. My mate took a crew of about 7 of us in a tinny through South Stradbrook island at night and the fuel line went out. Its one of the most congested Tiger Shark ally of the world besides North Shore Oahu (another story). We picked straws to see who would have to jump to the island and the dude that picked the shortest straw pooped himself so i held the fuel line until we got to another island and we wer marooned for about 3 days. We surfed and spearfished and ate yabbies for food. Good thing we had some beer until we fixed the fuel line
TMZ calling Jason @12:45
❤
Jason you look like the white version of Birdman. lmao
Got Birdman and Birdman lol
🔥🔥🔥🔥🤘🏻
*Tony was exposed to covid and didn't get it...YEP...He's a daywalker. Conspiracy Theory Confirmed!!*
LMAO at 30:19
yessir!!!!!!!
My 2014 smart car is my daily driver, the only thing cooler than a weird 2 seater car is having the birdman riding shotgun
Good Stuff.
You don’t know Nate Diaz? Cool 😂😂
Is he wearing long johns?
Kinda funny how jason is testing stand up bits on Tony hawk.
Tony, when you broke your pelvis did you leg fell tender for a long time? I'm recovering from that now, zimmering around as i'm not fully weight bearing yet. But once you get to that stage of weight bearing how much more was there to do? Physio etc stuff. Any info would be cool, the internet is not our friend researching this health stuff.
Like and describe!!!
I think you 2 need to call this TMZ guy and have him on the pod to explain himself.
OR….they can hook up with him and get other celebrity arrival info and Jason and Tony can send someone out to ambush them at airports for signature sessions with obscure or bizarre items to sign.
@@universalexports7737 Pauly Shore is an excellent candidate
Aw yeah, time for another robot sandwich
bring back AIRWALK, but for real, that brand can't be too expensive these days, there are enough nostalgic fucks out there to give it a try
A young man died from rabies on Vancouver Island about 4 or 5 years ago. He got it from a bite of a bat.
They say it was from a bat but I'm pretty sure it was David Suzuki who bit him.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Ellis looks like he's either going to a coke party in the 90s or a coke party at a casino in the 70s
He looks like a grandma who just got wheeled in from the rec room at the retirement home

Hey can Tony get that name of the guy selling info to BReal , He wants to know the name .

How do you give something to someone that does not exist?
