    I've learned these lessons the hard way too. When I hear, "help me clean up my books", I run as far as fast as I can. Love the idea of a paid diagnostic review.

    Would you say it's unreasonable to take a client to court if your side of the agreement is upheld but your client refuses to pay you even after sending a formal demand letter? I really enjoy your videos and find them incredibly informative thank you :D

    Another lesson , never , never discount your services. People that ask for discount 1st of all they are not appreciating your effort , 2nd they probably have the most horrible books and 3rd they probably will pay late or not pay. let them go and ghost other people but not you.Thanks

      @ thank you for taking your time and share valuable information . That helps bookkeepers not to fall into a scammers trap. That is the right word scamming since they are taking hour time and money .
