Technically, yes. It would be possible and it has been done before. But, most of the parts ( like the extruder, bed and the screw) are made of metal and have to be bought separately.
possible to print upgraded parts, but not everything :) I'll include in some videos how to make upgrades ;)

I have one!! We use it to make samples for my dad’s toy designs. It’s very cool but it’s also pretty difficult to use
@@ms.rottenstrawberry1018 Ive done enough calibrating to my printer over a like 2 months that I can press play and leave it. If you are willing to learn enough it becomes much simpler
I saved up for months and I'd say it's really worth it once you get the hang of it. You do need to buy filament once in a while but it's worth it to see a projects you built on a consumer become a physical thing.
