I feel I am ready to take the step towards wider legs so it is good to see someone else in them and giving an opinion. Both pairs look good quality. Hearing you mention narrow gussets made me think of the gym knickers we used to wear in primary school. My ma in law used to call them harvest festivals (all is safely gathered in)! We could cartwheel around the playground to our hearts' content without fear in those.
