The cable that works for the twist grip comes right in the kit. Motion pro kit is great. Includes everything that's needed. The cable itself is the same length, but the exposed portion of the cable is a little longer to accommodate the curvature of the twist grip

I’m like you spent more time on 2 wheels. Do you think this kit would fit a 2012 700 grizzly ??

It may. There is a lot of overlap between throttle bodies on those quads and the only thing that really matters is the connections within the throttle body. If you take a screenshot of my video where I have that cover off looking at those cables attaching maybe take your cover off and see if it looks similar. Maybe worth giving it a try. The kits aren't too expensive. Thanks for checking the video and let me know if any other questions.

Is the twist throttle better than finger?

I'm a motocrosser and mostly ride dirt bikes so I find it more natural. Some people I think do prefer the thumb but for me especially Motocross style ATV riding I like the twist grip.

In other words better or worse, hard to say. Probably is mostly personal preference, but I love the kit. Definitely worth trying if you spend more time on dirt bikes.
