In an attempt to provide encouragement - At age 29 I had a cardiac arrest b/c of a medication F*up and experienced a cardiac arrest where I received 69 minutes of CPR and 2.5 hrs of cardiac bypass, and, have been on beta blockers ever since... but, at 45 , I'm in the best shape of my life, have been enjoying your videos, biking every chance I can, and am the head coach for a NICA team (that I founded) where my star athlete is my 15 year old daughter. You can do this!
You go girl - love to see you on AZ trails!! April you have been one of my inspirations since I started to take interest in MTB a few years ago. Please don't stop showing us your tenacity in this MTB sport.

My wife and I are looking forward to Red dirt at cuyuna mountain bike trail in Crosby Minnesota. It's an absolute gorgeous place to park an RV for the weekend. She's a nurse so we can only go every other weekend, part of being married to a nurse. We both understand your situation and it looks like you're recovery is well on its way. Just came back from Sedona 2 days ago ! Rode slim shady and llama with my 6/8 yrs old boys ! Had so much fun. Can’t wait to go back again !
