Every time the mind wanders away from the awareness of the breath, notice that it has wandered and bring your awareness back to the breath. This can be likened to a rep in the gym-every time you bring your mind back, you are building your "muscle" of attention.

Learn about it first before you get. Its would be respectful you know
Chase made one out of pvc. Sounded ok. Got to the point where I could imitate a few simple baselines. Figured out a cover of 7 nation army. Had to put it down about six months ago. Was traveling and didn’t have the room to store it. Might be time to get a real one and pick it back up again. It is a bunch of fun to play it, and I have a new space to play it in.
Chase yeah, while I’ve never really played a brass instrument seriously, I’ve dabble a bit with that before so I had some pre-existing skills. All in all, I didn’t do anything too interesting. Never really got the circular breathing down. Should probably get to fixing that.

Dóra G good luck in your journey....sorry to say I gave up. Never could master the circular breathing. A fantastic instrument!
@@lynnblaugh7371 Don't give up! Be patient and explore different sounds before putting any pressure on yourself to learn circular breathing. Enjoy the process, even if it's just 10 minutes a day. In 3 years, you'll wish you started yesterday :)
I like the sound of dig, because makes me transporting. It's so primal, the australian aborigens really give us a wonderful sound. I imaging thousands of years ago early humans hunting and living with this music

Thanks Maddie H!! i think it's not a special techniques for that... i think ;;; just imagination by didgeridoo sound when you listen any music :) if you have many sound on didgeridoo maybe more easy to express as well!!
And last tip is just have a good time with didgeridoo as much as you can!
Of course, so much fun!! How do you get your rhythms that fast??
