I thought it was the original, very good. I remember The Soul Group Blue Notes from the 70's but the lead sing on this is excellent. Did you get my Linda Ronstadt Tune?

Agghhhhh!!! I missed this by a day! I LOVED Simply Red and this song in particular was on my playlist (aka mix tape) when I wanted music to cry by!!! I also loved Stars and Holding Back the Years. I love that you look back at these classics that seem to have been lost to time…and it doesn’t seem that long ago. Love your content!! ❤

People aren't face to face. The digital age has fostered the use of buffers and masks designed to hide or blunt vulnerability. Very hard to cover yourself up in person. I think young people and young creators are just out of every-day practice on what actual "engagement" and naked honesty looks like in real life.
