I was living in Seattle between 1988 and 90 I was about 22- 23 years at the time old at that time. I used to hang around Chinatown. One of my fondest memories was Id stepped into his store/ studio just stop in and watch his classes. I couldn't afford it so I just watched. He was very welcoming. It was
amazing. I think I bought a pair of kempo boxing gloves and a Kung Fu uniform that Id wear around Seattle once in a while. I was mesmerized at his teaching method he never let his students get away with anything. My fondest memories that he would hold them in a solid horse stance for 30 minutes straight. Though I was just an observer I learned a lot. I'm 58 years old now and I still talk about Sifu Leong😊

Hung Gar is one of the originals Kung Fu deveolped by The Shaolin Monks in China. It is considered a very strong and effective system. Sijo Jonh Leong and the late Buc Sam Kong were the 2 Pioneers of this deadly Art. Respect to both of these Masters.
