Love the fact you air down and drop it in 4H even on easy roads. It makes the drive so much nicer and helps prevent damage to the tracks. I love Solo camping as can be seen on my channel. I find it more peaceful and relaxing with no worries of what others want to do.
I drop the tyre pressure before the climb up from Moonan Flat especially with how the roads degrade in winter. It makes a massive difference to comfort and control.
@@FJUH I mostly do Watagan Mountains but Im the same. Not only is it a better ride and better control the tires dont spin as much therefore it does not cause as much damage with ruts etc.
Going solo is awesome, your senses seem to get amplified, I’m always hearing critters during the night
Oh definitely!! This trip with the rain was very relaxing and had one of the best sleeps without any creepy noises 😂😂
@@AzventuresAustralia do u reckon the swag amplifies the noises, i swear it does
Thank you to everyone that’s commented and watched this latest video the positive support has been very overwhelming and appreciated you all taking the time to watch it!!! I’m trying to get back to all the comments but have been extremely busy the last couple weeks 🤙🤙 cheers AZ
To all the nasty people making negative comments - if you don’t like it, don’t watch it. He’s having a go, and I think the videos is entertaining.
Great video mate! Appreciate the effort it takes to make all this happen keep them coming 👍🏼
yhoon thanks pal 🤙
Another excellent video. As a regular solo camper, I find it especially interesting to see others doing it. My only suggestion, is to carry an EPIRB with you. (If you don't already).
One thing I love is seeing people experience the bush and little gems. You definitely appreciate it more when you’re on your own free from the distraction of mates. You’re no exception man. Great video this one.
I always enjoy my own company.
solo camping is the way to go
You should look up aero press for your coffee needs !! I use mine at home camping etc so good!! Great video too mate
Glad I came across this video. Well edited mate, I really enjoyed this content. I love camping with mates and my wife but solo has its benefits. I think everyone should do it the odd time. Would love to see more of these. Im just putting the finishing touches on my first ever rig too. Really excited to head up the north of WA next week for three weeks. Got the drone, go pro and cameras already packed lol. Just installed the stedis to mate, they look sick.
Looking forward to more videos man 👍
Might go solo tomorrow, you have inspired me, well, kind of solo, going to take the two german shepherds to keep the boggie man away haha
Had a blast, drank too much and spewed in the tent though woops
🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂 happens to the best of us mate!!! As long as you had fun it’s only a bit of spew
I solo camp loads, the bush sounds can play tricks on you ay especially at night. Shame about the weather, def do more like this.
Yeah it’s crazy how the noises are so amplified on your own hey... The weather wasn’t the greatest but I think it made my weekend looking back on it.. definitely going to be doing more solo videos mate it’s had a far better response than I thought it would 🤙🤙
Thank you for informative vid-enjoyed. I’m 70 yr young lady and love solo camping. Sure it’s contributed to keeping marriage alive for 45 years!😁😁
😂😂
I am starting to enjoy solo camping. At least I get sensible conversation, most of the time.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
And the answers always make sense.
OH the debates 👍🤣
Great setup mate, but why would you not start a camp fire on a place there has already been a fire as seen in the Video, nothing looks worse than a heap of fire spots across the landscape.
yeah exactly. Some bloody huge fires too, what for. keep it small and simple
This video helped me to relax thank you
Great trip mate. I did Chichester solo & had the entire place to myself. You’re dead right about the noises at night. You hear every single bug 👍
Great video.
Keep the solo trips coming 😀
There will always be haters mate. I found it informative
and interesting. Pretty good camera angles also. Well done and do another as i have subscribed.
What a good solo trip! Soon as the weather warms up a bit I know where I'll be heading! How bloody good is that new setup🤙
Legend has it, that fire is still going haha... Great vid mate, not sure id like solo, but its worth a shot i guess..
loved the video mate you should do some more solo camps. and you should do a full walk through you ranger
Tassie Outdoor Adventures thanks 🤘 definitely going to do more of these trips!! And will be doing another walkthrough of the whole ranger again after I change a few more things up on it 😎
Amazing solo camping mate ... in victoria, we are stage 4 restrictions now, haven't had any camping almost year and I don't know when can I go again neither. you are seriously blessed mate!!!.
My tip for the cooker is cook on the fire 😁👌🏻 just stopping quickly to mention that. Still going haha. Enjoying so far Az.
Good video mate, you should do more solo trips, you'll get to like it more each time, trust me. I don't think us viewers can really appreciate how much work RUclips content creators like yourself put into these "short" videos, the amount of effort that must go into the constant running back and forth to get all the approaching and departing shots must be enormous! I for one appreciate it, keep up the good work mate, it's helping keep me sane during this lockdown here in Vic. Cheers, stay safe 👍🇦🇺
Just come across your channel and subscribed straight away and yes I do most of my traveling and camping solo currently on 34,000 acres caretaking been here since early May just me and my blue dog, well done mate you’re doing it right cheers 👍🍻🇦🇺
Thanks for the sub mate 🤘🤘 glad I could keep you entertained on that huge property mate I’m jealous of what your doing
you should get in touch with Justin from Trip In A Van......he's been using an induction cooker for a while now.
Great solo vid. Barrington tops is an amazing spot 👌🏼
Solo camping sometimes is great therapy 😀 I do at least a couple of times a year 😀
Good to see ya like your coffee
Winter solo is the best, just you and nature
Great set up, ready for any adventure. Have you considered a 270* for more protection. That little spot your in is regularly used by the crew from Drifta out of Gloucester testing their gear.
Just found your channel this morning after watching this one, great video!! Great to meet you last Friday morning at the show! Keep up the great work brother 🤙🏼
Thanks mate!! was good to meet you as well, thanks again for the support!!!
That's great mate. Thank you for including us on your solo camping trip. Good stuff.
Loved the video mate. I love the solo trip episodes. I have tried making a couple myself. There is a fair bit of work involved in them. Keen to see more episodes! 👍
I know that edgy feeling . Senses definitely sparked up when solo for sure .
Good video mate keep em coming
Awesome vids mate. Need to get yourself a gimbal or Rocksteady cam for those walking shots, be mint. Love your set up
Damian Webb cheers Damien 🤙 I did have a gimble but found it was too big and bulky and when doing run and gun 4x4 vids it was too much effort to show people how to use it so ended up selling it, but next time I’m walking it’ll try get more stable
Yes do more mate
19:45 in - The *only* way of starting a fire :-) Love it.
Awesome video - Looking forward to August when my Canopy will meet the Dmax!

Nice work Az, I love going solo myself which isn’t something I get to do often. Mid week is the best as you are less likely to bump into other people. Loved the vid and how stoked you are with your setup.
Amazing! This is so amazing! Thanks for taking us to your hiking adventure :)
Great video Az I really like the camping side of it, being down here in vic I such a big lockdown it really keeps me going watching videos like this keep up the good work.
Keeps solo vids coming mate love it 👍
Looks like great deer hunting country
10:17 mate bloody hell your breakfast looks better then McDonald’s!!! Great video. That is what life are meant to be!!!
Next time your up there go and have a look at the cascades camp, it’s over the western side and has a nice little river crossing and a great area to camp and swim, and a nice little track to climb out of if it’s wet
Great vid mate, one small tip cook on your stainless table so your not getting cooking fat on your fridge ....cheers mate safe travels
Awesome , Thats it i'm away this weekend .Taking the Dog to sort out the drop bears ...
Did it once solo, was bored at first but then was nice and relaxing. Would do it again.
Never been to Barrington but I’m thinking June/July that’s us. Hopefully it’ll snow🙂

Nice vid mate! How much battery power did you use during the rain? Where did the rain come through most with the awning? Great channel!
Sweet little solo trip bud,, love ya work ,, I see ya around Cardiff all the time ,, fellow ranger owner,,
Great video mate, first one I watched & I just subscribed, Solo camping is all I do the Mrs & daughter are 5 star girls🤣I love solo camping to get away from everything just you & the bush 👌
Wow, great video... Solo camping is my thing. You have a new subscriber 👍
I noticed the sign at the entrance to your "free" NP campsite demanding that prebooking is now required for ALL National park camping in NSW, at $6 a booking (fines apply for non compliance).
Another example of the bureaucracy stomping on Aussie citizens during the pandemic.
Great video old chap just found your channel and watched this epic adventure lol 😝.. Great fire 🔥.. Awesome setup cheers
Nice one azza looked wicked, ever thought about doing tag alongs?
Thanks mate!!! Appreciate it a lot, especially seeing as I have been so busy with work that I haven’t been able to put out anything of my own lately…. I did think about it a while ago but to do it as a business, there’s a lot of insurance involved that makes something like that very expensive for the customer
Awesome mate
Great vid mate. Going solo my self for a week or so soon for the first time.
Hey mate, still watching the vid so not sure if you found the brumbies yet, but if I don't see them down at Polblue (usually hanging around making a ruckus at night) have a look around little murray campground, but I've also seen them just walking down the main road up there, they usually aren't hard fo find
rockyN rolling nah unfortunately haven’t seen them still, was hoping I’d just bump into them but didn’t happen, I could hear them on the other side but once I was over that side they’d already left... oh well
@@AzventuresAustralia just another reason to head out mate, love the vid anyway, look forward to more solo stuff if you go down that route
Great vid mate, must b bloody cold down there..
Getting fancy with the platter 😂
Sweet video mate. Nice little get away!
You don’t muck about starting that fire mate.... nice
Nicely done buddy, staying dry and warm is what it's all about, I'm interested to find out more on your induction cooking, solo camping builds confidence with all sorts of scenarios, tilt ya awning roof for run off n water collection, tell us more about your battery usage from start to Finnish, volts, in - out, charge in, % b4 a cook n after etc, Davi b, new sub,
Great episode. Loving the solo. Super hungry now though haha
Loved it mate👍 what rock lights do you have.
Good one mate - Every now and then I do a bit of solo camping, have the same Yeti's (that make strange noises in the bush)...
I really liked your vid mate. I don’t mind going fishing by myself, but haven’t thought about camping by myself. I’ll give it a go. I’ll subscribe too.
you should do some stealth camping mate! the will get the adrenaline and sense's going🤣😂
Great one mate new subscriber
Awesome vids mate , keep em coming , have fun take care :)
