@@BacktoBlading Honestly, any extra insoles help. I've been grabbing Dr. Scholl's from the drug store for 20+ years, and it helped my feet and knees a lot.
I have one of the (as far as I can tell) exact same skate tool that I got with another pair of skates. Idk if it was my FR3, FR Spin or, USA Aeon but I have recived that took before.
So stoked to get the V2's in the mail, can't wait! I am designing a soulplate with the devkit and wanted to make the frames bolt directly onto the boot (like the blanks). With the core frames it might work but I noticed that the screws mounting the soul plate to the boot are a bit to close to where most frames wil rest on the skate. Would you consider changing the mounting plates to be a tad longer for future versions?
Just wanted to help trouble shoot the video issues. I thought during the video you mentioned you had Google Chrome open. If you have Google Chrome, adblock, and youtube open in Chrome, I've found it can tank the performance at these really weird intervals. Might be worth trying removing adblock and trying a different ad blocker on Chrome.
88a feels so nice to skate, but I absolutely eat through them on concrete ramps. 92a doesn't seem to be consistent across brands to me, some are fine some are far too hard.
In terms of the video problems and the fact that they always happen at the same time is it possible there is a software update that always checks/installs automatically at that time?
Maybe there is something else using the network connection, on your computer? Worst case, a hack that allows your PC to serve files without you knowing it. If you usually only close the lid, make sure you do a full reboot instead, now and then. But you are computer savvy enough for this to be news to You. Maybe a reinstall of the OS? 😬

Might be your firewall/antivirus or buffer settings. I’d say it’s some video card / streaming settings.

88 is just too grippy for me. no forgivenes on grinds. i have less problems with slipping from time to time on my 90a wheels. (indoor wood park)

My hunch is a RUclips issue with their server. I’ve got. Few things to try. Stay tuned!
What temp will start causing issues for the v2 boots? Would it be bad to leave them in a car in the summer?
It’ll be fine in the car, though I don’t recommend it. I wouldn’t get them any higher than 120° F to be safe
