Tried this recipe out today and it turned out perfect! Mine probably needed just 1 cup milk as opposed to 1.5 cups that you suggested.
Thank you! This is the most successful replacement of wheat in baking. Cocoa powder complements Ragi and it’s very close to chocolate cake taste.
