I mean the hardest parts are probably just gathering a variety of cheeses (they dont have to be turkish cheeses, though i suggsst if you can get turkish cheeses, but make sure at least you have feta cheese). Then there is tomatoes, peppers, parsley and any other veggies you like to have during breakfast on one plate; a sunny side up egg with some kind of protein (sucuk, which is basically a turkish pepperoni, is advised) and various sweets like confiture, jam, honey, and clotted cream or butter to balance out the sweets and of course bread for all the spreadables and the egg. You can pick your favourites out of this list and make your own breakfast. The key is having lots of things out on a table with multiple people and having a little of everything on the table.

In Poland, you can eat open sandwiches, fried (or mashed) egg or wieners with any cold sauce (mostly ketchup) and (in both cases) butter-topped bread slices, paired with coffee or tea, but, most interesting for me is that, they are selling bagels as a breakfast. Bagels are ring-shaped rolls (simmilar in size to doughnuts) that are served in a form of sandwiches with many fillings, including egg salad, cabbage, ham, cheese, bacon, etc.
