Gald u doing better. Everyone has the right to decide for themselves what they want to do without others pushing their opinions on us. We all are still learning about this TSW condition so we take in what we learn and do what we have to. Thanks for sharing your experience. It's helping a lot of people going through this.
I’m so happy for you that you’ve found what works for you ❤ it’s been a rough year for me too with my skin and I totally relate when you say you can’t recognise yourself in the mirror 😢 your boyfriend is such a supportive individual unfortunately my boyfriend wasn’t so supportive and I’ve learnt to accept myself as I am now with or without him ❤
You look good !! Glad seeing you doing better and being happier ! I'm French and seeing you vlogging in Sydney reminds me of good times when I was living there almost 10 years ago! I can't wait to see a little bit of Melbourne through your vlogs as well. Take care and don't stress out !
I'm happy you gave dupixent a try. I had TSW for 3-4 years that I took the risk and ask my dermatologist to sign my up for the medical trial for it. It cured my TSW and also I would say cured my eczema to where I only have 5% of eczema only . As a person who also had TSW I know the pain and I'm glad you gave dupilumab a try.
@Remi's skin journey when I did the trial I recall I was on it for 1 year or 1 year and a half because that was how long the trial lasted for. I was given a placebo first in the test so that placebo lasted 1 yea. After the test I never had to use it ever again. It is a life changing medication. The trial pretty much lasted for 2 years.
@Epa Derm if it isn't TSW then don't take dupixent since of the cost and I'll be real we don't know the true side effect of it since when I did thr trial it was on rapid approval. Usually, a new medicine, especially injection, takes years to see the full side effect. How severe was my TSW was as bad as remi in her videos, remi has more severe infection while my infection was usually on my scalp since I scratch my head. And 100% yes I'm normal now other than a flare up 1 or 2 times a year. Iching SOOOOO less now.
@@RicePho that’s awesome, im happy for you! You’ve not noticed one side effect so far? How old are you? Was your eczema bad to begin with? I’m really thinking about asking my doctor about it, do you have any idea what the pricing is or was yours done through NHS?
@Epa Derm oh, ya it has cleared up BIG TIME. I do get flare up like 1 or 2 times a year which I use protopic but everything is better in life now after dupixent.
Hey Remi, hope you’re doing fine, I have super severe eczema before and what I did was spraying a kind of Chinese tea 白莺山 for few weeks. The results are amazing. Hope that this could help you as I know eczema is super depressing. Let’s fight tgt and get clear skin!!

@@RicePho Are you still almost normal? How severe was your eczema/tsw. I’m on a really bad flare atm unsure to do NMT or try dupixent.

Nothing, I know cause I was one of the medical trial participants when I had TSW.
