Depends on how hard it was swung and what angle it hit. You can be grazed by a cannon ball or a million kg. Boulder can barely touch you and you be fine. People get hit by trains and walk away. So it happens.

I was in parc im Bridgend wales where im actually from and could hear the pool balls dinging off cell doors and all the sets of stairs/handrails just before a racial riot kicked off it was back in 2010 when i was 20 only remember as i was on a y/o wing the last full y/o wing at the time as all the others were mixed it was the 1st time it had been tried in that prison as its not a black and white jail its private i dont have a clue what it's like these days not been back just been lucky so happy days.
