There's not a week goes by that I don't think about Tim the more Machinery you get I keep thinking well Tim's going to work for Chris full time pretty soon good to see him thank you Tim
Who wants to see Chris, Uncle John and Timmy do a Q&A for the 600,000 subscriber mark?, just about the origins of the business and how far they have come?.., how Chris is doing his own work and Timmy branching out on his own.
Tim did an awesome job with grading the dam, it has to be nice working with someone who works like you do. Pushing those mounds down had to be fun. As much as you love working your 220, your joy working that D6 is palpable. Here's hoping you can get the holes filled you need to be filled before any significant rain happens. This is a fun project, Chris. Thanks for bringing us along. Geoff, thanks for your video contributions as well.
My buddy said, "You know the difference between a lake and pond?" ... Light doesn't reach the bottom of a lake. That drone view really nails the scope of that project!
I was watching that D6 and remembering the days before the derated tier4 crap when a fleet of ol cat's would be clanking along with roaring engines belching black smoke and doing what they did best and that was building stuff, moving earth, creating things like roadways freeways and yes even the Bealy pond. The world has changed a lot and most not for the good but you have folks like Chris who buy these old dinosaurs and save them from an uncertain fate and put them back to work for what they were made to do. How many of you folks agree? Chris it is good you have a skilled labor pool you can call on. Most young folks don't know what work is...
Chris nice to see you and Timmy working together I remember him as a young pup and you teaching him giving him set time in the equipment, sawing trees. Great video, keep up the great work.that d6 sure does move the dirt.
All that time spent training Tim was well spent, kinda nice to have a man that knows what you want and how you expect it to be done, makes it a lot more productive, excellent job, like this project.
Gonna be another pond build it'll be a bummer when it's finished. But then it's certain he's going to begin a new project that'll keep us waiting for each installment. As good ad Chris Trained Tom there's absolutely no doubt that the slope on the damn is definitely perfect. Chris is definitely correct in that it will never leak. Mr. Bealy will be one happy camper with his new pond.
Love that old dozer, you can now see what the final pond is going to look like. You and your guys should be really proud of yourselves, it's going to look epic when it's finished.
Thanks for another great video Chris. You and your team have done a splendid job. I love hearing that D6 sing it’s happy song as it pushes a blade full of dirt!
Hey, I got to see and hear the 6 Kitty running again which makes this an even greater video. The pond is really starting to shape up, I would say the dam is is never going to fail, from what I understand of the builds I have seen completed by you and D.P. In the past. Thanks for the ride along sir.
Those drone shots really show how big this project is. Just an excavator and dumper out in the middle of the pit hammering away. Good on ye Chris for tackling this and providing A1 entertainment for us.
This is a great series of videos on this pond build and I have enjoyed them all. I know nothing about dozers, but I know what I like, and I really like that D-6. It moves a lot of dirt and has a great sound. Also, great music for pond building. Good job
Hi from uk Chris and crew👋👍 I can't belive how much has happened in such short space of time thanks to the help your getting 👌 and when betzy gets a good handful she can't half push some dirt about 👍 loving the drone shots to on this project Mr BG 👍 it really shows the value and scale of the 5 acres as when he's orbiting the moon you guys look like ants on the plot but it's all part of the magic 👌 thanks for your time be safe and see you soon 👍 👋
Hi Chris. Great to see Tim again. He sure has grown up a lot! More confident in what he does. Always had but now even more personable. Sure do miss him. Hi Tim.
You've bought the right machinery to run a business. Is the next step hiring a capable operator full time, because I guess Tim would be the ideal candidate; able to drive project on whilst you're still working for John. Whichever way that young man's smile and savvy's worth more than a million bucks in plant for future years to come.
No that’s not the next step, just keep rolling the way he’s going, why hire a full time guy and give yourself more headaches with payroll and insurance and audits and having to keep hustling work for him, Chris still works for his uncle and has his thing going good, no need to over complicate it.
@@njonebale7889 Yeah, that's reality. BUT, Tim learned a lot from his master, even more working for somebody else, gaining experience and confidence. Proof: At 24:07, Chris had no problem leaving the final shaping of the dam to Timmy, looking on, satisfied and confident. John is still young, what, in his early 60s ? But when he decides to retire, Chris will probably take over, then he'll need some help. Tim will have matured and would be at the top of the candidates list. The kid has a bright future. 👏
What a trip! It's really taking shape now. Hope the rain holds off another month or so. Weather channel says the first big storm of the season is forming already so good luck. Nice seeing Tim again. Great job.
Another lovely video, Chris. That is really taking shape now you got some more help. Great to see Timmy again; and I love seeing and hearing the D6 in action. The camera position is just perfect to ride along with the Master Earthmover.
This was a really good video ✅ And Tim, you really did some good work there, I have Never seen Chris let ANYONE work on his Dam Slopes before, so 🥳👌👏👍😎 is in order here…!!!
Great video. Thanks for taking us along on the action. Bugs me that that section of dirt doesn't clean off the Komatsu blade. Must be baked on pretty tight.
Chris, would really love to see all your equipment in a semi-circle and a very brief history on each one. I know it's not possible right now, but maybe in the future???????????????
I get the feeling you had this job in mind when you purchased the D6. It has definitely been useful. Too bad Betty had to give you problems it would have been handy loading haul truck.
Gotta say, from this side of the camera, this dam and pond build in general have come together much faster than the ten acre dam repair you did some time ago. At least once the trees and stumps were gone. Hope we get to see it again once it’s full of water.
It's so nice to see Timmy he always looks so happy. Now that he's on his new job he may have learned something that offers something that Chris likes and may offer him a job.
As usual Chris, GREAT work... And, I'm very pleased to see TIM on board :D. Tim missed you my friend. But, the project is coming along just as you predicted Chris. Thank you for the video, as always, it makes my day. Now I can rest good tonight. :) 🙃
Good to see Tim back and I was thinking he might run ol Betty but then I got to thinking she might a one man dozer so it’s all good cause it’s still good to see Timmy back any time and yea y’all got a lot done for sure 👍👍👍👍👍👍😉
Makes for a great day when you are not stuck in the same machine day after day after day…I always found myself getting complacent if there wasn’t variety. The one job I could do for weeks was tromping down the top soil on the banks on highway cuts with a little D4..you where always driving slightly uphill to compensate for the slide…you had to turn straight up the hill if you wanted stop. Dam is looking mighty fine and pond is shaping up Very Nicely …You better be careful running this big of a crew John is gonna tell you shortly that it’s time for you to start running the Family Business 😉!
it is really interesting to see the amount of dirt you move on all of these projects, yet you never need a water cart to keep the dust down. If you were doing any of your projects here in Australia you would need at least 1, probably 2 water carts working full time. You would also more than likely have at least one grader and a water truck working water in to the material you have moved, it is rare here for their to be enough water water in natural materials won from the ground to allow compaction.

Always good when Tim makes a cameo!! Enjoyed the extended dozer views. Coming along!!

Chris you are a true artist painting a five-acre fishpond, using a plot of land full of trees not properly thinned out. LOKKING good!
Timmy!!!! Great to see you again young man. The pond is looking great and hopefully you will be around some other weekend to help finish it.
Great progress Chris and a bonus to see Tim hope he makes more appearances 😁👍🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
