When I put the bearings and spacer back in my Nextcore Powerslide 80s there is a great deal of rattling from the spacer. The instructions are not clear. Is there someone who can help? Regards
HI Sean. There should not be more noise than before. Did you used the same spacer? it can be normal they move a bit when the wheels are not back in place , btut it shouldnt make extra noise during skating.
citrus cleaner can work... can also be just basics petrol .....or "white spirit" or alcool cleaner..... concerning the oil or the grease you can chose as you want....oil is you like to put some regularly ...or grease if you want to be good for a long period. Best speed is reach with think oil ...like some used in Sewing machine.
I have two questions: 1- Do you recommend using an ultrasonic cleaner? 2- is it safe to use acetone on the white-bearing balls holder (the white plastic that holds the balls)?

Great demonstration.
Instead of special kit I use 91% isopropyl alcohol (never 70%} in a glass jar. Boom, clean bearings like new.

A ultrasonic cleaner and simple green is my recipe for cleaning bearings and for removing the factory grease on new bicycle chains.
What oil?
I’m here after buying a pair of Next 80’s less than 24hrs ago. After a 1hr skate my wheels all make sound when they spin.
please send a video to powerslide@powerslide.com so we can see what the problem is. They should not make noise.

I can not put back this cheap bearings on my great Next pro, the 7 balls will not fit the rings.
Fix it, just put de nylon shield under the rings so the balls go up, then remove it.
