I find the same type of rolling pin in thrift stores like Goodwill, Savers, Salvation Army, etc., for less than $2,00. No need to buy at Amazon.

If you can't find rolling pins at thrift stores, Walmart has them. Basic wood rolling pins with handles are $4.97 at my Walmart. Not sure what price they are at other Walmarts, but might be worth a look.

Can you reuse the paint inlay sheets for another project? Even if just using the sheet itself as a decoupage item?
You can use inlay up to 3 times… the paint become more dull each time. I guess you could decoupage but remember that the grid lines are on the paper and any text will be backwards. Just things to consider 😊
Or if the paint of the other flakes are still wet and smear it
