Hey Elizabeth, 1st thing I thought before you walked in was “where does she live?” I cannot remember what state your in, but the foliage on you’re trees is unbelievable. You house would be a dream home for me, as I’m sure it is fo you. That garland looks very realistic, it reminds me of the Magnolia one from Magnolia, just a lot fuller and cheaper too. I saved it for next year. I’m doing like plums and for the first time some mustardy yellows! I loved it all, you’ve curated it beautifully!

Beautiful fall ambiance inside and outside! I also have to say I love your Currier and Ives dishes throughout. When I finished college and was furnishing my first apartment in the late 70's I found a set of Currier and Ives dishes at a yard sale for $15.00. In good shape too! I still have them and somehow through raising our kids, most are still with us! I still love them and my husband and I currently enjoy using them as our everyday dishes.

Good morning Elizabeth. The windows in the tower are gorgeous, beautiful wood! And the trees are so pretty & vibrant! Reminds me of Tennessee🫤 I love your Christmas content & your Christmas house tours are always amazing! The garland on the mantle in the living room is so pretty & lifelike! Its a beautiful focal point in the room.The little sconce shades are so precious, you did a great job on those! The temps here in Florida have been much better. The nights & mornings have been super nice, In the lower 60's. However, daytime temps are still in the mid 80's & still pretty warm. But I'll take it any day over those miserable triple digits! It won't be much longer & we'll have a couple nice months.. that exciting to me!😄 I love the DIY frame so much, would love to try it on one of my frames. The mantle in the dining room is beautiful also, love the colors & the green added in is a perfect touch. Old world Christmas sounds beautiful! I love the dining room, so beautiful and cozy!😊 Love the copper pitcher & the arrangement is beautiful! I leave my copper up year round & it really is perfect for fall! The leaf garland in the window is very pretty & life-like like the other! The kitchen looks beautiful!🤎 I'm loving all of the fall art pieces. The breakfast room looks so pretty. You truly have some stunning views out from your windows! Loll I love the look of candy corn, but i don't really eat it, is just too sweet for me. I use to love the little pumpkin pieces that came mixed in it. The baskets look really good there above the cabinets. I love gingerbread themes for Christmas! Thats going to be gorgeous! I am always amazed at how often your rooms change. It seems when ever I do tune in the foyer has a new look. Also I don't remember blue sofas. I am such a creature of habit, that I don't change as often as I should. I always rotate seasonal colors, throws, pillows, artwork , candles. But not furniture. Loved the warm, cozy feel of your fall touches.
