Hey CynCity, homemade hamburgers & fries are much better than restaurant burgers. I sometimes have Lay’s potato chips, instead of fries. I cut way down on fried foods or eliminated anything fried, I had to lower my cholesterol levels. Side Note: Cindy, please reconsider skipping your hypertension pill. Blood pressure medication is to be taken daily ( Consistently), Unless prescribed otherwise by the doctor. Hypertension/ High Blood Pressure is known as the “ Silent Killer”, If not medically maintained, and medically treated, and/ or meds aren’t taken as prescribed…It will definitely cause risks ie…Heart attack, stroke or fatality 🥹 Having a Cooler or a drink, shouldn’t be harmful with taking your daily pill. I also take 1 nightly blood pressure pill, I just don’t drink anymore, at all. Just thinking about you lady,and want you well. Enjoy your weekend! 🤲🏾 🥰

I immediately changed my diet, eliminated all of the good foods 🤦🏾♀️ My physician said, I could have my favorite meal, including Carbs 😋 Once a week, no fried foods etc…It Worked, didn’t need any Statins( Cholesterol lowering drugs)…Just diet and some exercise. I’m maintaining the diet but, I have a piece of Fried chicken or fish, a bag of chips and a donut or a Pie occasionally. lol I apparently Ate too much of Everything ie…Crab legs, butter, shrimp, fried fish etc…During the Pandemic 🤦🏾♀️🤣 Thanks so much!
