l live close to here, it is such a shame so many are derelict and abandoned, and others have been turned into flat complexes, a few days ago one of the derelict houses burnt down took over 7 hours to put it out, there is a lot of vandalism going on due to the houses being abandoned, l just don't understand why 10 million houses become abandoned obviously don't need the money that a sale can bring, very weird!

So many houses were bought by wealthy arabs after Saddam invaded Kuwait, only to remain unlived in and practically abandoned. Allowed to rot. Billy Butlin anyone? Gracie Fields? Bloody hopeless video. Do some research. Tell your audience some interesting facts next time. Not wanting to be too negative though - great views of estate agent's hoardings. Dear God!

I think it's appeal is the sheer size of plots but I agree St Johns Wood is also alot more central

The video title isn't a history of it is how the street is now but I get where you are coming from😊
I personally find estate agents boards interesting because it gives insight into what the developer will do with a building 😊
