Mine did that on my 08 Silverado I had brand new struts and springs up in front called IHC and told me to swap out the new coil springs with old ones and keep the new struts but if your struts are good use them so I did and the wheel came out strait and sat lower
They do have some stuff in the bed though. If they used factory shackles it's 7" in the rear, if they used 1" lift shackles it should be 6" I have the IHC in my 13' CCSB at 4/6 and it's level.
