I think if abrams doesn't have duration extender or something like that (there is a specific item he needs) you can parry right after the shoulder charge if abrams immediately follows up with a heavy melee. A good abrams would delay or bait the parry first before commiting when he doesn't have that item.

No. A good abrams would buffer the heavy melee. He doesn't need duration extender, you need debuff reducer. And he can counter reducer with superior duration, which at that point you'll need debuff remover.
@ngocanhnguyen8437 No. The 2nd upgrade for the charge is the charge duration, not the stun duration. You can see in the tool tip that when you upgrade the shoulder charge, only the charge duration increases and the stun duration is unchanged.
Hi dude, I'm using your shiv build and it's the best! I do have I question though, why get spirit life steal instead of bullet? It looks like you're doing a lot more buller dmg then spirit, or is there some other reason? Yes, you do have the melee life steal, but why not stack it?
I used this build but removed torment pulse , it does very little damage to only 2 targets and costs too much. I get it if you want to stack escalating , but the knife does that plenty and doesn't take a slot and is free.
He doesn't have any inherent regen, he profits more from lifesteal because his 3 protects him from burst but nothing in his kit heals him. The only thing that looks like a heal is the active part of his 3, which is kind of a damage mitigation CD rather than a heal and is not the reason why he's strong
No, Shiv is now either average or below average. It is not hard to counter Shiv just no one does it. Slows and healing reduction with decent DPS and he folds quick. I had to stop playing him because other characters can carry harder with way less effort and need for feed.
bro shiv is busted idk what ur saying. he’s just fair with healbane and/or toxic bullets to counter. u need like 1-3 items just to make shiv fair to play against lol
Not a single one of them bought spirit armor. 13:35, also you were 10k above that abrams when he had 7k and he still gave you 700 gold for killing him. The game should have gave you 70 instead... is there no spirit discrepancy for kills based on how far apart your farm is?
No and it's a bit of a complain from many players. The game rewards hunting the noobs and feeding off them. The good point of this design decision is that when you're fed you can freely go crazy and limit test because there is no bounty on your head either
High mmr players know Shiv is just over hype from early patches & the hype got carried to this day even tho he;s already nerfed to the ground. If you play tourney there's actually no clear reason to pick shiv because once shiv fall off souls, he can't join fight because you dont have enough sustain & damage to build up his rage, you miss few knifes? you're done. get a little bit close for his gun? get deleted. His early game is so important that there's no room for mess up. Dev need to revert back his patch for him to keep up with todays meta build.

Shiv main here, hes solid but probably not the best in the game. Id argue a bit inflated due to melee being super strong rn too.

I actually changed the build to rush leech instead now!

The torment pulse is for farming in the mid game to reach the power spike.

does ethereal shift make shiv lose the reset on his ult? i feel like if thats the counterplay item shiv is in an okay spot.
