I have seen people bit by scorpions and snakes . It it is rare. The snakes usually run away at the sight of human.
yeah, maybe they do use a filming studio for some of it, where they can use a couple animals in captivity, because this would be hard as hell to catch in the wild. Still good stuff, nothing wrong with doing that.

I would always wear decent boots and trousers regardless of the heat (never shorts) try not to step on any snakes and don’t do what I did which was stay on the dune after the sun had set. It was tight getting back to the road before almost total darkness.
