- In conjunction of celebrating Mr Lee Kuan Yew's 90th birthday with the LKY School's 9th anniversary, the LKY School hosted a conference to celebrate the big ideas of Mr Lee. The speakers, all of whom had worked closely with Mr Lee, reflected on how his ideas had shaped the course of history for Singapore, and provided personal stories of their own relationships with him.
This panel discussion was part five of the LKY School 9th Anniversary Conference held on 16-Sep-13 at Shangri-la Hotel.
In part five of this conference, speakers Bilahari Kausikan, Ambassador-at-Large, and Ambassador Chan Heng Chee talked about geopolitics and Singapore. The moderator is Kishore Mahbubani, Dean of LKY School of Public Policy.
The LKY School 9th Anniversary Conference was held on 16-Sep-13 at the Shangri-la Hotel, Singapore.

It's fascinating to review the current Geopolitics landscape through the lens of LKY's view of the world back in the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s etc until the present time. Wish that Singapore and its people can band together and each generation build opportunities for the next. Stay resilient, relevant and innovative to ride the changing tides.
