I should mention, all prices were in CAD, so if you're in the US expect to spend around $280 USD or less on this build! (If you live in any other country, sorry, don't really know your market so can't help you there - 😅) Also the audio at the end was set to mono instead of stereo so it may sound off 😅 but thanks for watching!
I just did a new $450 budget build for my nephew. Mobo: Asrock B450M-HDV R4.0-$60 CPU: Ryzen 5 4500-$70 Memory: Silicon Power 3200c16 2x16(32gb)-$46 SSD: Fikwot FX550 nvme 1tb gen3-$50 GPU: XFX Radeon RX580 GTS XXX OC+-$130 PSU: Thermaltake Smart 600w- $40 Case: Gamdias ATX tempered glass with 4 argb pwm fans included-$57 Note: for $84 you can use the Ryzen 5 5500 paired with a 1660 super($180, 1660ti($190), 2060 super($200-$230) or used 2070-2080($150-220) Those upgrades bring the total cost closer to $550.
I have a 5 year old laptop with 1650 4gb. It still runs cyberpunk at decent fps to this day and I have no plans to replace it for another 2-3 years. Epic games and their shit 5 engine can kiss my ass. I'm not going to upgrade because they cause devs to be lazy about optimization. Thx for the video. Glad to see you can still be a mortal human being and still play video games in 2024. upwards of 1k for a pc is just not doable for most folks these days.
not to bragg but i made a better pc for 300 dollars it has an rx 580 8gb while you have rx 570 4gb, i have a better cpu thats faster has more cores and threads, and ram i am too lazy to search that one up but i will say mine is pretty slow its ddr4 16gb (2x8) original speed 2133 but you can boost it up to like 2600.
That's exactly why I wanted to make this video. Some people just assume that you can't build a PC for under say $700ish, but that's definitely not the case. Your build sounds pretty good for the price!
the point was that it is easily repeatable and good aesthetics, for the general public it might be hard to get the deals you know. vid just makes it easy for the general viewer that's not too tech savvy
