Hey I think that this developments pricing is a little to high for St Thomas. It’s not established enough a d very much the forgotten parish , I mean they are Kingston prices. They maybe hard to sell, areas don’t develop overnight they need time
You are gonna be shocked and very surprised at how quickly the units are gonna go.....what you are missing is the fact that the highway runs through the development which will make it a 10 minutes drive from kgn...the development is very near the border of st andrew which south st andrew along with its brother parish kingston are running out of develooment space and getting too overcrowded .....and it is being built along the coast on a hill which will keep it kool for the most part and western st thomas is definitely a more welcomed more comfortable more desired alternative to the conjested kgn metropolis than the other option the westerly positioned st catherine....with the new highway its a way easier daily commute to kgn than st catherine. Basically the only reason why st thomas wasnt an option before and st catherine was is because of the lack of infrastructural developnent and now there is.

Who are they been built for?
They’re built for persons who want to feel like they’re at a hotel.
