You Sir are an Alchemist, those wings look great. I made homemade buffalo chicken salad. But I made fresh ranch dressing with sour cream with milk. I used Frank's Extra Hot, butter,garlic and Italian seasoning and salted butter to temper the hot sauce heat. I'm gonna try your recipes. Subscribed and gladly so

Their wings are great because they fry their wings in beef tallow! I wish they cut out the soybean oil and corn syrup in their sauces and just go for butter and honey instead!

Great recipes but Id never eat at your house nor restaurant. Dipping your fingers in the sauces, talking over the food, etc...all the worst practices for a chef even when cooking for self(because eventually youll forget & offer contaminated leftovers, salt, & sauces to people...2020 shouldve taught us all better but nope, we're too selfish & unworthy of trust). Only thing missing is a cat & dog on the counter shaking fur & dander to add extra "seasoning".
Lets do better as an intellectual species...ive hated seeing people do the "pinch of salt" since the first time I ever heard of such nonsense. People are generally uncleanly, selfish, & unfit for making food respectfully for others. The bar must be raised but its only getting lower. Even Japan, a place known for its honor system, is now buzzing the hashtag sushi terrorism due to this crazed social media age of "I wanna do what I saw other nasty people do cuz it makes me feel good long as it isnt done to me". Selfishness = the true opposite of love.
Have you noticed the humor that he uses in his videos? He is being funny by dipping his finger and he is taping this in his kitchen not in a restaurant. His contents are top notch and recipes are absolutely amazing.

The end...do better cuz I am & standards need raising. Trends need breaking, the trend of BS & practicing error should end forever. God agrees & swears such a day is coming.
