Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag is a 2013 action-adventure video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. It is the sixth major installment in the Assassin's Creed series.
I know it wasn't for everyone, but I personally enjoyed the naval combat. It added a nice dynamic to the land experience. Plus it allowed us to see just how versatile an assassin's could be with this type of environment.
To me, Edward is the most badass of the Assassins. He is a fearsome pirate, and a deadly Assassin.

my favorite AC along with II and III. edward is my favorite killer. great DK, great gameplay, stealth and offensive.
I used to do this when my ship was low level. Sail ahead of the enemy ship swim over to it and climb up slaughter the guards then swim back to the jackdaw and instant take the ship. Easy way of taking out frigates and man o wars early on.

But you can't release the wheel during conflict, so how do you leave the jackdaw?

I'm pretty sure they give you a couple of seconds to get into conflict
The one thing I won't if they remake or remaster is let you walk through more jungle and land and let you dive underwater
乇尺Smoker彡 I would also like there to be a cool cinematic experience for when you find buried treasures with your crew like in the trailer.
One thing I definitely want is a fix on all the bugs and maybe a rework of the combat a little bit. Remove the heavy shot, or at least only make it viable at really close range from a damage drop off or something.
Then for boarding enemy ships during combat with multiple other ships, if you incapacitate a ship and decide to board, other surrounding ships should be able to help out by either boarding your own ship, or also joining the ship you’ve boarded. That way you would have to decide to defend the Jackdaw or help your crew raid the ship you’ve boarded - or both. They need to remove the animations afterwards during combat because it just looks silly during a fight. Just choose if you want to repair, send to kenway fleet, or lower notoriety.
Lastly, I would like to see some actual naval formations and strategies rather than a giant clusterfuck of ships engaged in a battle.
Edit: also, while we’re on combat I would like the actual combat to be more immersive as well. Something more similar to Origins but with a 1700’s trademark like fencing style combat that we see in the trailers and cinematic cutscenes. He could still be a badass, but combat should flow better than “counter and then spam x on your enemies and kill everyone.” Combat should be fast and aggressive, yes but it should require some skill to create openings and break your opponents defensive guards and such. Like dark souls or Fallen Order, For Honor, Ghost of Tsushima, or the Batman Arkham series.
So many examples, but they just need to put in a little bit of effort and it would be amazing!
乇尺Smoker彡 Oh and they NEED to bring back the community challenges so we can get the content that requires such nuances to complete. At least put them on an automatic cycle or spawn randomly like the white whales. All I want are Scimitars and the Explorer outfit, but I know that will never happen unless they made a remake/remastered version of the game :/
Edit: but in case you couldn’t tell I definitely would love to see this game remade as well. It would be sick to see Edward Kenway with the newer game mechanics and animation technology 😆

3 add more factions during the Golden Age of Piracy there were more factions such as The Portuguese the French and the Dutch and maybe the Italians and dive underwater for example you just sunk a ship and see it’s wreck after you sunk it and destroy ports and become Pirate Ports

If you swim onto a ship and kill all the sailors on board then board your ship and hit the enemy ship once, you will instantly disable it and boarding will just give you the ship.
WALN Zell i use the same method with el impolute and it worked

@Xxtancianmasterxx Boil Do you mean Rogue? I haven't tried it with Rogue, so I don't know if it works in that game. It really does work in this game. The ship has to be anchored though. The ships sailing in the ocean won't sit still for you. They'll keep going on their way. So try fast traveling to a warehouse island. They're usually guarded by anchored ships with their sails up.

Boarding would be so much easier if you did it alone. Damn crew keep ruining combos and simply getting in the way. Some might even attack you.
I know right? One time, I was boarding a man o war and I had to kill the Captain to end the thing. I was on low health because I took a risky jump, but I did that because he was fighting right next to a fire barrel. I ignited it and was doing the old "cool guys don't look at explosions" walk, when one of my own crew killed me. Adding insult to injury, the barrel exploded right then and my crew started cheering because the boarding was over. In my eyes, they were dancing over my grave.
Once when I played rogue,I boarder a man o war ,and an iceberg was in the way of the Morrigan, so the crew could not come on the enemy ship. That was my fawourite boarding.

I know I’m late but when you need to take out the scouts a good strat is to assassinate the first one, grab his gun and shoot the other. Then just climb up to the flag if you need to.
I like doing that killing all the enemies by myself the hardest bit is to get on it after that the fun begins good job liked and subd

@@SexLuthor Ezio is much more badass. Ezio is a much better fighter and much more skilled than Edward. He is mentor and he was fighting and killing his enemies when he was 65 years old, but edward was killed by ordinary mercenaries when he was only 42 years old.

@@Higgs870 Edward retired from the Creed, so of course his skills would rust. And those mercenaries were Templars. Edward wins due to overall brute strength and his battle intelligence. Not to mention, more advanced arsenal and weaponry. It was stated in the lore that he took down the whole British naval fleet and army, thus gaining the master assassin title before his grandson ever did, and almost no one in the Ac community knows this because they keep d riding Ezio along with Connor.

Its look like in assassin's creed syndicate you fight against zombies, not human. (Even some group kills are brutality)
Because it was the victorian era, meaning weapons in public isnt allowed, so They rely on knives or the kukri and the Cane Sword since it's concealable.
This should be a tutorial about how to easily get a man o war to your fleet

I'm thinking of getting this game, but I also want RDR2 and AC Odyssey really bad. I can't decide if I should get this, RDR2, or AC Odyssey. I'm REALLY short on cash, and I know I won't be able to get all 3. Hell, I don't even have enough cash for any of them! But I do have FIFA 18, which came along with my PS4 when I bought it. I'm thinking of selling the game to GameStop for some money. I hate soccer, anyway. Do any of you guys know how much money GameStop might give me for FIFA 18? Because I have no fucking idea.
Just don't even think of buying ac odyssey, you can just scratch that off your list. Rdr2 however is a very good game, if you like free roam on a western world, that your game, if you want to be pirate/assassin while killing british/spanish soldiers? That your game.

Sometimes in certain places there are docked ships or anchored but usualy in streams flowwing between islands or by cat island or tortuga
