Great videos🤙🏾 I only surfed and boggie boarded once. Living in Arizona it’s tough, but I do have family in so cal close to some good spots. Should have spent time living with family and surfing when I was younger.

That serrated edge board would be easier to hang on to when duck diving. Bummer that the directional board broke.

glassers and sanders are just crying right now seeing that design lol ,, the section between Gas chambers and Rocky rights has alway been one of my favorite was kind of no mans land back in the 80s Billy Barnfield called it Turkey bay that being said GOBBLE GOBBLE ,, when i lived logs ( actually in the Cabin ) rock piles lefts was always a rare treat and not many takers the inside section made sure of that lol

Bra same thing happened to me, Broke my leash and sucked into the rocks almost! Stood on a slab 15 feet parallel from the West side of the rockpile, lifeguards telling me the same as Waist deep water went to shin deep within about a 1/2 a second as 5 feet of white water unloaded on the slab.... I simultaneously dove under the shin deep white water, feeling the vegetation on my chin!! When I popped up, the set had finished Thank God, and I swam out and around to the south side of the rockpile like a pure ocean G........ Small kind like you haha. 🤙

I have thought about that board for a while now!
I haven't shaped a surfboard yet.
One of my goals when I move to Costa🇨🇷Rica.
I have a Lib Tech snowboard with magna-traction. I have thought about magna-traction edge on a surfboard. Instead of a full sidecut, magna-traction in the bumpy section will cut thru it better. Easier to make adjustments within a turn. That's my thinking. This is only a test🌊🏄

What about performance fins that can’t severely injure your body or organs and still give you 80% of the performance but won’t weaken and take away your strength if you get hit by them?

Your new quiver seems to really suit you. I agree that they are art pieces, not only cosmetically, but also really interesting foils and rails. I've gotten into shaping my own boards and I'm starting to play with wider flatter decks transitioning to extra knifey/harder rails.
Not sure about the hydrodynamics of the serrated board but hopefully it works out for you! Good luck with your partnership on the new line. Sounds sick!
