Speedrunning the Rlaarlo AM-X12 - CHEAP

This is the first part in a series of videos to see how fast I can make the Rlaarlo AM-X12 1/12th scale RC car.

Yeah I’ve had issues with the tires also. On 2s they’re fine. On 3s they spin to fast and rip away from rim. To much torque for tire glue used on these.

Tires 100% holding it back will be way faster with belted or a tire that does not explode

I'm looking for some proper 1/10 tires designed for high speeds. Hope it doesn't change my final drive ratio too much though.

What makes this car faster than the Rlaaro 1/14th version? They seem to have the exact same internals

Check the pinion gear size, it might be smaller. 1/12 is better for getting power down.
