If you turned on the device with your Google/Gmail you will still 100% need your google/gmail to log back into your phone. If you are lucky - on your browser you can click the 3 dots in upper right settings > autofill > password manager
If you set up the phone with your Google / Gmail acct, you will 100% still need your Google / Gmail to log back in - esp if you set up the "Find My Device" security. This video show you how to reset your device if you forgot your screen lock. Your YT account should be the same (since you are logged into YT to leave this comment) as you set up for your Cloud. When i hold the power and volume it keeps making me reset the phone and turns it off
try this: take battery out. put back cover on. hold power for 30 seconds. put battery back in and try resetting it again.
This didn’t work. I still have a pin that I have to verify.
