This performance is just so good and they all kill it! How can people watch this video and not appreciate how incredibly talented EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM are?! Or say that one of them can't sing! Jin and Jimin of course do incredible on Japanese Songs and you can't deny that their high notes are beautiful but there were parts in that performance where all of them stood out for me at one point or another!

I'm Japanese. Information for this song. "Stay Gold" had been selected(end of 2019) as the theme for then upcoming Japanese television drama, Spiral Labyrinth-DNA Forensic Investigation (Rasen no Meikyū-DNA Kagaku Sōsa).
Originally slated to air on TV Tokyo in April, filming for the drama was halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Japan, and the song's release was delayed.
Finally Japanese TV drama was on air October 2021.
In May 2020, Big Hit Entertainment officially announced that the release of BTS' fourth Japanese studio album was set for July-"Stay Gold" was included on the finalized track list as the lead single and would digitally precede the album's drop roughly one month in advance.
We heard that Stay Gold MV made after starting the covid locked up situation.
It reminds me of the poem, Gold, that JK made💜

Been in the fandom since 2018 💜. How I wish these fabulous songs would be re-released now that the USA has FINALLY started to appreciate these phenomenal artists! ( it is still difficult to get some US radio stations to even give them a chance! It was the same with Latin music back in the 70’s ) times have changed & now Latino music dominates top 40!

I have never been a fan of rap music until I heard RM, Jhope and Suga. Each has their own distinct sound and I love their voices singing as well. Of course you are so right about Jimin and Jin on this song especially showing their awesome power and high notes. V and JK also never fail in their parts either. I started out loving Jimin but now admire each one for their uniqueness musically and for their personalities. They ain’t bad on the eye either!!!

Stay Gold came out in 2020 after their concerts got postponed then eventually cancelled because of Corona. So this song proved to be a comfort song for all of us ❤ I love this song and a few other Japanese song of them. This was your first Japanese song from them... Did you notice the difference in their language, or the style?

By harmonising, I'm reminded of Jimin & Jungkook's cover for two songs. One is "We don't talk anymore" by charlie puth that they did for a festa. Another one is "mistletoe" by Justin Beiber that they did for Christmas (and Jimin wrote the korean lyrics for this song). Both of their voices were so young, you will clearly notice the difference in voice texture when you listen to them. Btw you can easily find them both on Bangtan TV (but I'm not sure if there are subtitles to mistletoe's korean part) I hope you get to them one day ❤

I don't know if it's because I'm very emotional today, or it's the effect of the song and the impeccable performance of the BTS members, or it's because of your reaction to this song, but my eyes are full of tears and I know I'm going to spend the day listening to Stay Gold.
My weakness in this group is called Jimin, and in this performance he shined like the big star that he is, but I feel I must highlight the beauty of JK and V's voices. Sometimes we get distracted by the high notes and don't appreciate the beauty of the harmonious middle voices that make a song special.

It is an amazing poem, I took creative writing and poetry in school so I have read the original poem. It was a long time ago, but I remember most of it still!

I'm pretty sure the original music video had the date of release on it just because you can't read or whatever just came out in the early fall tamid fall 2020 it's a pandemic song!.
Just for some clarification their album map of the soul 7 which was the celebration of their career as a group was released in mid-February 2020! They were supposed to start a world tour sometime in March or April 2020, but it had to be postponed because of the pandemic!
BTS's original plan was to finish their world tour in 2020 then take an extended group hiatus to concentrate on solo projects! At the same time Jen had gotten a two-year extension before he had to join the military because of the new military enlistment law called the BTS law! Because of the pandemic they ended up releasing their first English song dynamite which debuted at #1 on billboard Hot 100 through 2020 there was the BTS mill at McDonald's Moore songs debuting at #1 on billboard totaling up to five number one songs on billboard through the pandemic. Five number one albums on billboard oh I'm sorry I mean they debuted at #1. A new album titled BE: the pandemic album. When globally it was thought, the pandemic was coming to an end they released permission to dance and performed it at the United Nations General Assembly. Along with their third speech at the United Nations this time as appointed special presidential envoy in other words diplomats of the Republic of Korea with red diplomatic passports. In June 2022 they released their three discs 50 plus songs anthology album. The intention was to release the album release some music videos have a couple of concerts celebrate their 9th anniversary as a group. At their annual festa anniversary dinner they announced their group hiatus in 2022. And announce their upcoming solo albums and solo projects which were to run from 2022 to 2025. They promise to return as a group in mid 2025. Getting tired of the constant debate and indecision about military enlistment by the government. BTS and hybe corporation hybe labels and big hit music along with releasing their solo album projects each member of BTS would be joining the military on his own timeline.

7500 views in two days not very good for a BTS reaction video! Especially when he said he has what 100,000 subscribers and he only got 7500 views two days. Even more low bar only 950 likes out of 7500 views? Could it possibly be that right off the bat there's a big sign plastered on the screen promoting Patrion where people pay too much money but they can't afford to watch videos that can be put on RUclips! Under the fair use clause of the copyright law reaction channels are protected for putting reaction videos on RUclips. As long as they're not for the purpose of making a profit off of someone elses copyrighted material! Which is a dilemma because we all know that all the videos posted on RUclips and on Patreon are only for purposes of making profit offer someone's copyrighted content! Get 1000 subscribers on RUclips doing videos of someone elses copyrighted content! Your channel gets monetized now RUclips can put commercials on your videos and then they have to pay you a Commission for that commercial. Bingo first way of making money off of copyrighted videos you react to on RUclips! Advertise and sell your own merchandise on RUclips! People subscribe and or watch your videos because of what you're reacting to along the way you get to advertise your personal merchandise. T-shirt for $20 that you paid$1.50 that have a logo put on it and $3 for the T-shirt. Subscribers to your Patreon account paying money to watch your videos on Patreon plus paying you to do reactions on RUclips. Buy me a cup of coffee go fund me and a dozen other links online where you can get people to pay you money to do videos on RUclips. Go fund me buy me a cup of coffee their donation websites supposedly nontaxable but if you're selling merchandise on a RUclips channel that you're doing reactions to people's copyrighted content. Number one in essence you're making money off of someone's copyrighted material. Number two you're selling merchandise on RUclips not having a business license and supposedly most likely not paying taxes on your income. Violating copyright laws not paying taxes via violating tax laws in your respective country.
