Hello Revestor, I am a operator in IL and have 3 washes and do service work for other washes but just recently bought a run down, piece of crap, closed for 15 years plus, and just going to open next week. I been following you from the start because it's so Ironic that we both did the same thing, at the same time. HA! HA!. You live in the cold and so do I in the winter months. I would be very surprise that the tire cleaner doesn't freeze in the winter unless you have a tire glycol material like I do for my foam brush. Run you fun that product through your main gun the weeps clear that out. Car wash chronicles is a great guy as I follow him to but he also lives in California in-which they wear jackets at 50 degrees out, HA! HA! Keep up the great work!!!!.

What chemical is it? We have major bug problems in our area, and I think this would be a great addition. What model flojet is it?
Been following you for a short time now and love the content! I purchased a car wash last year and have been doing many of the same upgrades. What air and product psi datings are you using for your foamy brush? Also, what tip color? My foam is definitely not as deep pink nor as foamy as yours. Thanks!!
I will try to remember to check my settings next time I am out there. I usually get product up to about 40psi with the air off and then start turning up the air until it has the consistency I like.
Awesome video. Been following from the beginning. Just about to open up my first wash. Can you do multiple settings through that one gun? (IE: Presoak, tire cleaner, and triple foam). I’m have the same issue with those settings taking forever getting to my high pressure wand.
If you use check valves you should be able to put multiple settings on the foam gun.

I am still testing different chemicals. Problem is 5 gallons of chemical concentrate lasts a long time.

Its a Kleen Rite product. Called Kleen White

They have worked great no issues at all and the customers compliment a lot on my BUG/TIRE foam.
I did built some but mine are not producing any foam, am I missing something? My tire and wheel cleaner coming from a hydrominder
@@ruiz4774 Its hard to say what the issue is. Does that tire cleaner you have say it will produce foam? Also try turning up your air.
