Mayo and aioli are different. Aioli is made without eggs, mayo is made with eggs. Unfortunately a lot of restaurants do call their flavored mayo, aioli

Garlic Mayo is a mixture of crushed garlic with mayonnaise. Mayonnaise has eggs, besides oil. Aioli is a mixture of crushed garlic with olive oil made from scratch. It normally does not have eggs. Some add eggs to it, which makes it garlic mayo made from scratch!! The tastes are pretty close though.

True Aioli has no egg so slightly different than mayo. Most restaurants just add garlic to mayo and call it Garlic Aioli.

Today they toast the bread and add a ton of garlic , if u taste the garlic they are using too much
Abdou Express in Calgary makes the best donairs they dont copy everyone. Line up sometimes is 100x people
