Huh, I had a smashed burger at Empire on Heritage 6 or so years ago. It was very good but I never would've expected they'd spin that out into a full burger joint.
thought the burger was just ok and bland, had it once 2-3 years ago and never craved for it. best burgers I've had are in Kensington and Mission (if you know, you know)
You need to explore farther. As soon as I seen that spatula coming down and squashing the goodness out of that burger I watched no farther. Any and every chef that knows what they are doing will tell you that's a crime. Shame on them and you.
Some production for Hardly any views. Carls jr was trash when I had it lastweek so as long as those burgers don’t cost 86,000.00$ then they should be pretty good. At carls jr I got a double jalapeño burger with the poppers and it was edible but the patty tasted like a dirty sunspun patty cooked on a dirty burger king broiler. Needless to say before my family left I had shit my pants and tried to flush them down the toilet then ran out naked with my 4 year old on my shoulders. Anyhow daddy Trudeau will make it better I’m sure it’s happened to him a few times too.
Anybody else feel like Carl Jr feels like burger King with slightly less chain feel. At the end of the day fresh hamburgers better then chain burgers but it's just a burger.
