Garlic Mayo is a mixture of crushed garlic with mayonnaise. Mayonnaise has eggs, besides oil. Aioli is a mixture of crushed garlic with olive oil made from scratch. It normally does not have eggs. Some add eggs to it, which makes it garlic mayo made from scratch!! The tastes are pretty close though.

Crazy Weed is excellent. I was expecting a stoner skateboarder burger joint . Just came back from a ten day trip to Canadian Rockies,Jasper,Banff,Canmore and Crazy Weed was the best meal we had.

Let you know something about one of your favorite restraunts I got hired when first opens as a cook there they put their garbage onto the floor after like an hour I was disgusted I Actually had to sweep the kitchen and mop the floor really armature chef there

Yessss..... everyone must eat at Eddie Burger - incredible juicy burgers, with awesome buns & super crispy delicious fries - I live 4-hours from Banff and I seriously crave the burgers!

Calgary food service/food has no soul Only good places that i knwo off is Savonos Pizza/Senories For donair THEY ALL COPY EACH OTHER Now even from Halifax True donair Before 2002 - they didnt didnt all copy Quiznos toasting the bread Today they toast the bread and add a ton of garlic , if u taste the garlic they are using too much Abdou Express in Calgary makes the best donairs they dont copy everyone. Line up sometimes is 100x people

I love the dog! The food looked good but sounds too spicy for me. Don't go to public toilets in Venice Beach! I don't put up with rudeness from restaurant workers. If she had talked to me that way I would have cancelled my order and told her I was going to a friendly restaurant.

Croissants nowadays can mean any of a number of varieties. What would be more interesting is finding the genuine croissant as it was created and made back in .. the 50's - 70's maybe. The genuine /original croissant is made with a "pate feuilletee", essentially dough with layers of butter folded over and over again (the butter has to not melt, obviously). The result is a flaky croissant you rarely find, because it does take skill and is probably impossible to produce correctly with machines. (maybe Optimus Prime could do this a few years from now LOL) So regarding the video it is somewhat entertaining, but not really too instructive - maybe watch some of A. Bourdain videos. My take is you would be able to appreciate food *a lot more* if you attended a cooking school. Just like to appreciate wines it really helps to visit vineyards and understand the various aspects of production. Anyway, if you do have the time, visiting the countryside (Lyon especially) of France (and Belgium, Italy, Portugal ..) looking for small gems would be especially rewarding - they may be mentioned on social media, or not. I prefer Calgary pizza. Didn’t enjoy our pizza in Venice at all. Love the backgrounds and the music.
