You can't change the displacement of a motor by flashing it. It may be the same block for the 850 and the 1000, but it is not the same internals. It it were, they would both be 1000 cc.
@@Poseidonslair
They are both 999cc double over head cam Engine but wonder if it has a different camshaft because that's what they said about the 650 cc Engine that's in the 500 and 700.
But it like he said in the video that there is other stuff that you have to change and you get more stuff with the 1000.
I wouldn’t want it too soft cuz what if I load it up with a bunch of gear and another person.
Just talk we want mud slingin action!!!!!!! Please😊
I don’t understand how they talk about the chassis being lighter than the G2 but the new models are very heavy so much so that the power to weigh ratio is worse than Polaris models for the same specification model.
The Can Am is much quicker 0 to 60 the weight can be much lower if to strip it down like it will be the 26 Renegade.
@@firstoutlander I know weight makes a big difference.

it's a stripped down Sportsman XP1000 with Carbon Fiber body that weighs in at
750 lbs dry / 790 lbs wet and I'm still cutting off anything that was not necessary.
It also has
Gear reduction
Custom clutch work
Air box modified
RJWC exhaust
Lithium battery
And will have 110 HP tuning after I get some times in so I will have a before and after.
I have the latest version of the DRAGY so I can post videos with the time overlay and performance data.
I did some testing yesterday and it was terrifying and it pulled the hanlebar out of my son in law hands.
He said that it was scary as hell but fun has hell.
Why nobody talks about fuel consumption. Yes it differs by the rider to rider but lets say, harder on the throtle and how many hours you eat the whole gas tank?
What's the difference between Visco lock and Visco 4lock? Is 4lock hardlock? But then it not Visco anymore right?
@@tokslut I love the Polaris AWD system over any other brand because you don't have to keep pushing buttons or switches to go in and out of 4x4 lock
Because with the Polaris just put in 4x4 and it locks up all 4 wheels when it's needed.
I do extreme hill climbing with my modified Scrambler XP1000 S and it has 81" wheelbase and 60" wide with 32x10x14 Roxxzilla Competition on bead lock wheels.
I have a GRIZZLY and Kodiak 700 EPS and it such a pain to have to use a locking differential.
The only thing I don't like is the orange wheel locks and the price

Hello are all you honda Yamaha polaris artic cat Suzuki kawasaki a nd cf moto guys listen this is the king of the pack the best built best ride and fastest atv ever built ever Can am is so far ahead of every other atv ever built this is the fastest king of the trail and will be for a long time great job dirt traxs but Can am you are unreal all I can say is thank you can am from the world 🌎 of atv 4x4 riders Can am forever
😂
We will see if any are still going for 3500 in 30 years like the Hondas. I doubt it. My Tacoma may not ride the best or be the fastest, but that SOB will crank and run no doubt and I wouldn’t hesitate to drive it across country with 302k miles.
😂😂you have no idea what your talking about. I have 3 quads and ride over 2000 miles a year on each. A kawi, a ysmaha and a cfmoto gen 3 1000. The cf moto is the best out there right now hands down. Thing is plush quiet and refined with every option for 10k. I'm a ski doo guy for sleds but can am is still mid.
@@bigdaddy490You have the gen 2 this is the gen3 and nothing compares to it now.
😂
Bro, one question. You said this ATV needs 89 octane power fuel. Motor power or laboratory one?
Cuz in my country, we have "AI-95" fuel we mostly use, which have 85 octane power using "motor method", and 95 - laboratory one.
eact spec i want color and all. love this new bike
I hope that can am puts the 101hp in a renegade xxc
@@Jonathancook1220 I think that they will next year model but Can Am need to figure out the weight problem that this model has become the 1000 weight starting at 942 lbs.
So if they come out next year with even a 900 lbs Renegade.
That would be Junk.
@@crazyflyboy30 It should be under 900lbs just stripping it down(no winch, extra plastics and heavy wide bumpers.

@@crazyflyboy30 Sounds like a sick machine, all depends on what you want to put into it.
The engineer who designed the radiator is an idiot. Had to pull 2 570 out of the woods due to clogged radiator. Tilted rad with no side covers is absolutely ignorant. Dirt and dust gets on there and just lays. If nothing else the rad should be straight up and down.

I dislike this walk around only videos. Pull the panels off and show us the engine. Show some examples of the clutches. Sad it's 2024 and it all left up to our imagination at this point. Disappointing.
