This is Granny of course and I love this video. It looks so fun and easy to do. I think I need a private lesson because you make it look so easy. Great video Britt and someday I am going to get brave and do this.
I have been using these for a while now and find them much easier than the silicone ones..Also i got a permanent marker and drew a line on the outside of each cavity on the fill line ,makes it so much easier to see it.
Also I was curious if you've ever made the shells ahead of time frozen them and assembled later? After I did that vendor booth ive had orders from a few different people and they are kind of bigger orders. Like 6 dozen from 1 4 dozen from another and then some assorted smaller orders. I have never made that many in one shot so I'm really nervous if I can manage time well enough!
No I wouldn’t recommend freezing them because the moisture can damage the chocolate. Plus it isn’t necessary! The chocolate will be good at room temp so you can make plenty ahead of time!
Loved your tutorial. Used the 3 piece mold with my granddaughters and they came out perfect. Cleaned them with vodka LOL Perfect. Wondering if yu have a tutorial on chocolate Oreos
Thank you so much! I'm so glad they came out perfect for you, what a fun activity to do with your granddaughters! :) I have a couple different oreo videos, I'll link them here for you! ruclips.net/video/BK-_SkHWJdw/видео.html ruclips.net/video/sp83bfqu-wE/видео.html ruclips.net/video/uCdq64b3uNs/видео.html
My God Brittany!! How do you do it? These are looking super cute and yummy!! Just in time for Christmas. Can't wait to try your recipe. I will definitely try to look for these moulds. Looks much easy to make the spheres! Thank you so much!!! Love to you always❤️🥰
Hi, your Choco bomb are amazing ❤ I have a question. Do u add anything like coconut oil or shortening while melting ur chocolate? I used calibut one and I tried microwave and also over a Bain Marie but I can’t seem to be able to have liquid like to pour in the mold. I am it somewhat paste that I scooped out with a spoon. I am scared to leave longer since too hot/long with mess the chocolate. Thank you for a reply 😊
Thank you! Ohhh are they candy melts or coatings? If it’s couverture and you overheat it, it could get too hot! Make sure you are using compound chocolate or candy coating and warm for like 20 seconds at a time. If you use couverture be sure to temper it! Either kinda should be smooth enough without adding oil, I never add oil!
@@BrittneeKay I used thé callebaut white chocolate Pellet 28% today. Not sure its compound or couverture is That. I did micro wave 15 sec at a Time at first then it doesnt seem to want to melt so i swith with a double boiler but doesnt seems to wants to be more liquid either. Maybe i should keep it longer on stove ?
That chocolate, if it's Callebaut white W2, then it is couverture. That means that you will have to temper it. I can't say what the problem is because I am not there with you, but I can go by temperatures. Whether in a double boiler or microwave your white chocolate should be melted by around 40ºC. So if you haven't measured already, try taking the temperature and see what you're getting. The key to not burning it is not heating it too fast, if you don't do that you shouldn't have a problem with fluidity. @@juju-cb9ey
Ok Thank you so Much. Probably i need to leave it longer. Thé Callebaut dark one I used today and it melt faster than the white one. 😊 by thé way, I was never interested in doing thèses Until i saw your vidéo! It is so well explained and shown and beautiful That it has inspired me 😀
I got a little buzz watching you with that Vodka 😂🥴 I’ve never tried the 3 piece mold…I’m fully loaded with the silicone molds so, I won’t invest in other half sphere molds but, I did love seeing you work your magic 🪄 🥰🥰🥰
Mmm I wouldn’t say so! Especially because they are more consistently the same thickness! When I do the other method I might use more or less, but maybe it averages out!
Have you used the 3 piece mold before? How do you think it compares to the silicone mold? Which do you prefer, comment below!
I prefer each of them for different types of bombs, depending on how I decorate them :)
🙋🏼♀️ I have
@@braiwiberg3957 Which one do you like better? :)

I have to try this method, seems so much easier and looks like it saves time! ⛄️
Definitely try it!! It is pretty dang easy! 😃

You’re welcome!
How do you store these?
Just in a cool area in your house, they are fine at room temperature as long as it isn't warm enough to melt them!

Hi Brittnee, can you use these molds to make Hot Tea Bombs...If so, can you do a tutorial please? Have a blessed Holiday Season!
