    Everytime I hear this beautiful song I thing of the mother land of Africa being reborn where all Africans from around the globe come together in peace harmony and great glory I love my people I know we are in hard times but trust in that the end result if we work together and become united as one will be evolutionary

    Can you imagine the biblical account of Ethiopian Queen of Sheba traveling to visit King Solomon in cerca 950 BCE. It's said she brought many luxurious gifts to hear his renowned wisdom. African instruments may have been the state of art. To this day their complexity is amazing. I love marimba Latin sounds and there seems to be a similarity.

      Yes, these are called mbira. In the picture the mbira on the left is called a nyunga nyunga mbira played by Dumisani Maraire, the mbira on the right side played by Ephat Mujuru is called the mbira dzavadzimu, which means voice of the ancestors.       It's a traditional Zimbabwean instrument, which is a Mbira
