While casino can’t legally configure the pay back rate of each individual machines to below the required percentage, they probably can control the PRNG seed used across the entire casino. It’s fairly trivial to use one that has historically resulted in subpar pay. I feel like many casinos started to hoard more money (aka pay less) recently in anticipation of stocks recovering next year. Might be all nonsense but it’ll be interesting to track average pay backs.

@@MrHandPay it's ultra hard to get a bonus but the bonuses typically go higher - it's much more common to get to top level and the big wheel unlocked than top on traditional UFL
