I just bought this helmet its really so light, and the visor is so easy to see through i love it. one flaw is the ventilation along the top, i work in western Canada, where it rains a lot and the rain will just go right through those holes I thought it might be a one way vent but its just a hole so i think ill end up covering them up :/
Great helmet but how do you change hygienkit?
How about side impact protection? Is it available with this feature?
They forgot to mention:
Ear protection that self-detaches
A visor that falls of if there’s a ‘y’ in the day of the week
would this be okay for lineman work?
Looks like a nice helmet. I'd love to try one on in person, but every dealer and mail order place I've tried in the US says they are out of stock and don't know when they'll get them back in. The mysterious disappearance from all of my usual sources of forestry supplies has me wondering if there was some sort of problem with the helmet.
So what is the story with these helmets. Why are they no longer available in the US?

I have had one on order for three months. Guys in the forums claim they are buying and using them in Europe. I can't seem to find out what is holding up US shipments, I really doubt our specifications are more strict than Europe's, them boys play by the book when foresting.
Did you get your helmet yet? I went today to order a new face shield for mine from my local dealer. I asked if the helmet was on backorder and they stated that it was available to order along with the face shield. I have both items ordered.
I checked three weeks ago and my dealer called their distributor in front of me and the dist claimed still on backorder... I am in northern Ohio, where are you?
