I wish dat da caliber’s were paint’d orange instead or red to match da motor when da hood is up during display & with sum orange interior dat thang would be ole so nasty I’m stihl lovin it & da way it’s comin along either way I’m dig’n this junt
I really like the build. However, I do have one question... why not a modern 5 or 6 speed trans? If using adjustable four link rods and a complete QA1 front suspension and K-member, using that antiquated 3 speed (I'm assuming since it was behind the slant 6) makes no sense to me.
I have the exact same car 65’ 440 w/440 but I have the later A833 OD trans. Still a 4-speed, looks identical but it has a .75 OD! Lookin Great though!❤
The 440 is a good engine😎
I seen a lot of cars built, and I seen a lot of body work done but the attention spent to detail on this build 👍
YES MOTORTREND I AM STILL PISSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is going to be an amazing car .❤😊
I loves the paint !
Aston Martin 🇬🇧
should call it , British racing green
Amazing job guys!!
What a beautiful car. Great color combo
Love what ya'll are doing for this man! 🇺🇲💯✌
Kory's laugh makes me laugh.
That green looks right on the money for Dodge/Plymouth of that vintage. Great job!!
I am in the process of doing the same build on my 73 charger. I have the color picked out engine rebuilt looks very similar to this one.
Wow this is exactly what I'm doing...
@ 6:00 plumbob - as long as my floor is evenly machined (and the riser is exact 90 deg rectangular in the other two axis ... )

It seems I'm the only real person in this comment section. Anyways this is gonna be a cool build.
The only thing I disagree with is his choice of orange but other than that it's looking awesome
I wonder if they used 1967 440 closed chamber heads port and polished etc
For a second I thought I was watching Overhaulin'
I wish I had the means to do this to my 65 Coronet 500
What k-frame did you guys use ? Because in the aftermarket they only go back to 66 B-body.
Part 3?
✌👍
Oddly enough it was his birthday. haha. Come on man.

3 shift levers on the side says that trans is a 4 speed this coronet was originally a big block car the 225 was put in during the gas crunch
@@mobygodfrey4936 I did not catch the shift levers or that the slant was swapped in. Thanks for the clarity.
Agreed. All the modernity yet sticking w/ non-OD trans seems strange, yet somehow apropos for stereotypical mopar owners.
