- Civilization 6 England Gameplay with YNAEMP Earth Map Mod. This Civ 6 let’s play forces every civilization to begin in their historical region on a giant Earth map. As England, I start this gameplay in the British Isles. Europe will be filled with Civs like France, Germany, Spain, Norway, and Rome. I need to get to the Americas quick to colonize the empty continents. My Redcoat and Sea Dog unique units should help with conquest!

I don't think you can program what recourses spawn where
Resources are random each time so you dont know where to go each time, makes it more "balanced"
DarkSkull2525 Yeah, I figured that might be the case :P Although in past civs there have been maps with fixed resource locations to make it even more "accurate"
+DarkSkull2525 if this is an earth TSL map though, shouldn't the resources be in relatively historical locations? Or is this map so new that they haven't even gotten around to messing with the the resources yet?

Awesome to see TSL earth again :D Great commentary as always! A few things though: you could have "destroyed"/sold the scout in Amsterdam for a 100 gold or whatnot instead of letting him die from the invaders, and you could probably have sold the whole city to Norway as soon as you realized it was gonna be lost to France/Germany.

If you don't want the gold and culture tiles use the tool tip in the city selection screen to focus food and production or to anti-focus culture and gold.

When you first build a worker, set your city to build another worker, then use the worker you built to chop down a forest. That way, you can get 5 worker uses for pretty much the price of one worker. Even better, you can cut down forests outside your own land so it is worth it

You can set the city focus on production and food so it doesn't automatically reassign citizens to work the dover cliffs.

How do you get this map to be bigger? I only have the smallest one, why is yours bigger?
Rename your second city Swansea, that is correct name of the closest city there in real life, the EXACT position is slightly off but it's the closest big city to that location :) I'm from the UK so seeing a city named Birmingham in south Wales really bugs me lol good vid tho!

Nidaros (The capitol of Norway in Civ6) is wrongly placed in this mod, it is supposed to be placed in Trondheim (In the middle oof Norway), but only southern Norway is in this mods map...
This is only for other cities, the capital always remains the same.
It looks so different Europe on this map mod England is very different I can’t decide whether it’s better or worse
